Another conspiracy becomes reality

Longer silent period than usual, and while I know my subscribers, especially the paid subs, don’t mind periods of silence, I find it rather… annoying from my own moral perspective. I had a personal emergency, and so did a friend, the last few days were beneficial in more ways than one, but in-between events, I also wrecked my phone.

I am not aware of how most people “work”, but at least a third of what I do, including all the research that goes into this Substack, is done on my cellphone, so bear with me while I try to salvage all my data and write and finish the other articles I want to publish.


Earlier today, the entire Western hemisphere was graced by a little news article announcing a fairly significant WHO’s decision.

Today, the European Commission and the World Health Organization (WHO) have announced the launch of a landmark digital health partnership.

In June 2023, WHO will take up the European Union (EU) system of digital COVID-19 certification to establish a global system that will help facilitate global mobility and protect citizens across the world from on-going and future health threats. This is the first building block of the WHO Global Digital Health Certification Network (GDHCN) that will develop a wide range of digital products to deliver better health for all.

Based on the EU Global Health Strategy and WHO Member States Global Strategy on Digital Health, the initiative follows the 2 December 2022 agreement signed by Commissioner Kyriakides and WHO Director-General Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus to enhance strategic cooperation on global health issues. This further bolsters a robust multilateral system with WHO at its core, powered by a strong EU.

This partnership will include close collaboration in the development, management and implementation of the WHO system, benefitting from the European Commission's ample technical expertise in the field. A first step is to ensure that the current EU digital certificates continue to function effectively.

While I try (very hard sometimes) not to indulge in “conspiracy” in my Substack, I do so in my personal analysis and sometimes on Twitter for fun and laughs. However, in this particular instance, the outcome was glaringly apparent from the very beginning when they first mentioned "vaccines for a new pandemic virus" in mid-2020. The entire span of the 2000s was inundated with numerous "conspiracy theories" surrounding vaccines, tracking systems, and other forms of control under an authoritarian guise.

Furthermore, many of the "most powerful individuals" in our society, as evident in their literature, have made references to such systems. As expected, here we are now, witnessing the transformation of that "pernicious piece of misinformation" into reality. Just like other recent detrimental "initiatives" and ideas, this one also originates from a well-known modern organization, the WEF, which is based in the Netherlands (Europe).

In some of my non-biology/medicine pieces, mostly titled “Beyond Mathematical Odds - quirky/snarky title here” I have stated a couple of times, forecasting can be ridiculously hard because of the deep mathematical and physics knowledge one needs to properly assess things, but there are simplified but time-tested and true frameworks that the average Joe/Jane can employ to be able to achieve a decent level of forecasting.

One such framework is linguistic and frequency analysis, which involves examining the language used, the structure, syntax, and the prevalence of specific terms used by both official sources and on social media platforms. To effectively employ this framework, it is essential to adopt an apolitical perspective and gather data from all sides. By doing so, you can stay a few steps ahead of the rest without investing copious amounts of mental energy into mastering the complexities of various fields of human knowledge.

And whatever name you decide to use, or term (I just refer to them as Elites, since this is a historically accurate description) certain groups have been signaling their intent to restrict free human movement for quite a while, in the name of, well, choose whatever excuse you want. Green goals, disease prevention, find a virtuous-sounding excuse and name it. And a decent portion of the population demonstrated time and time again they are willing to give away any freedom for just the semblance, the lie of “safety”.


The reason I bring all of these points up is twofold.

Reason 1

As I mentioned previously, my expertise lies in the field of Private Intelligence, and probabilistic analysis was one of the key components of my profession. Over the years, I have conducted numerous jobs that involved analyzing probabilities. With a sufficient amount of data, refined algorithms, and robust systems in place, it is indeed possible to "predict" various types of events. Interestingly, the larger the event, the relatively easier it becomes to execute this form of analysis. However, when it comes to predicting individual human behavior, it requires a vast amount of personalized data and a more intricate approach.

Nevertheless, you can achieve similar results without relying on complex mathematics and technology by employing the simplified framework I mentioned earlier. The reasons behind its effectiveness are open to interpretation. One possible explanation is that the collective consciousness of our species, known as the gestalt, leaves subtle signals through language that can be interpreted to "predict" future events.

By using the more academic approach, I, and such information later corroborated by other “forecasters” in the field whom I directly talked to, all saw the same outcome, a decent probability of a pandemic hitting the world between 2020-2025, with the years 2024-25 being the one with higher probability. And by using the simplified version, it has been clear for a while now that, once again something bigger might “happen” in 2024-25.

Reason 2

That is because, for months, elites and organizations linked or influenced by them have been signaling, quite frequently that “another pandemic” is coming. The WHO has been covertly at first, overtly recently attempting to pass its new treaty, in fact, I wrote quite about it months ago.

Here is where we diverge from the piece above, and the tone of this one at this point. Among many academics, doctors, and researchers there is a big debate on what comes next, for a while I thought bird flu could be it. The arguments range from something innocuous just to execute another global power grab, to something “real” that will effectively wipe out a good portion of the global population.

Inside the substack above you will find a substack, part of a longer series titled “The futility of "pandemic preparedness", I still need to cover and write about recent development in the fields of AI and synthetic biology but my argument will stand on its own even without this variable.

I am not that smart, and I find it impossible, laughable even that I am alone in picking up specific trends lost in the data and syntax among the sea of Covid-related published papers, plus all the social media data. Regardless of “the severity” of current infections, it is impossible to negate that Covid brought changes inside us, sometimes significant ones. From the mycobiome (the fungal populations inside us) to the microbiome, to even our immunological “memory”. Furthermore, it interferes with bioregulators like hormones (e.g., insulin, thyroid), galectins (especially those closely related to insulin and inflammatory levels), the liver, sialic acids, and glycans.

Why these are important ? Because with this data, data mining (or outright buying the data) and current AI, not just nation-states can indulge in cooking a plague. The combination of existing technology and a touch of creative thinking has lowered the barrier to entry, making it possible for smaller groups to engage in such, the easiest and most cost-effective method to execute such events would be piggybacking on the profound changes brought about by SARS-CoV-2.


Opposition to the treaty and such “landmark partnerships” is paramount, because coming the next pandemic, real or not, they will push for power with much more avidity and hunger than before. And they will go full-on Cogntive War.

INSIDE THE PENTAGON’S NEW “PERCEPTION MANAGEMENT” OFFICE TO COUNTER DISINFORMATION

Now, two decades later, “perception management” is once again becoming a central focus for the national security state. On March 1, 2022, the Pentagon established a new office with similar goals to the one once deemed too controversial to remain open. Very little has been made public about the effort, which The Intercept learned about through a review of budget documents and an internal memo we obtained. This iteration is called the Influence and Perception Management Office, or IPMO, according to the memo, which was produced by the office for an academic institution, and its responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating the various counter-disinformation efforts being conducted by the military, which can include the U.S.’s own propaganda abroad.
