If you are not aware, months back, in the midst of all the power tripping enabled by fear-mongering, and nudging (a poor’s man version of psychological operations), the usual suspects took it as an opportunity to speed the process of approving policies that otherwise would remain vehemently opposed by large swaths of the population.
The most outrageous one was one that basically entails a one-world government, otherwise, known as the “WHO pandemic treaty”. At the moment it was made public, such a treaty received massive backlash because as I just opened this paragraph with, the treaty basically gave up any and all national sovereignty to the WHO and they effectively have carte blanche to execute any and all measures fit to “deal with an emergency or pandemic”.

During discussions, Member States call for global agreement that takes into account equity, promotes preparedness, ensures solidarity and respects sovereignty.

Member States of the World Health Organization today agreed to develop the first draft of a legally binding agreement designed to protect the world from future pandemics. This “zero draft” of the pandemic accord, rooted in the WHO Constitution, will be discussed by Member States in February 2023.
Today’s agreement by the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB), comprised of WHO’s 194 Member States, was a milestone in the global process to learn from the COVID-19 pandemic and prevent a repeat of the devastating impacts it has had on individuals and communities worldwide. The INB gathered at WHO headquarters in Geneva from 5-7 December for its third meeting since its establishment in December 2021, following a special session of the World Health Assembly.
The Body today agreed that the INB’s Bureau will develop the zero draft of the pandemic accord in order to start negotiations at the fourth INB meeting, scheduled to start on 27 February 2023. This draft will be based on the conceptual zero draft and the discussions during this week’s INB meeting. The INB Bureau is comprised of six delegates, one from each of the six WHO regions, including the Co-Chairs Mr Roland Driece of the Netherlands and Ms Precious Matsoso of South Africa.
“Countries have delivered a clear message that the world must be better prepared, coordinated and supported to protect all people, everywhere, from a repeat of COVID-19,” said Mr Driece, Co-Chair of the INB Bureau. “The decision to task us with the duty to develop a zero draft of a pandemic accord represents a major milestone in the path towards making the world safer.”
Fellow INB Bureau Co-Chair, Ms Matsoso, said government representatives stressed that any future pandemic accord would need to take into account equity, strengthen preparedness, ensure solidarity, promote a whole-of-society and whole- of-government approach, and respect the sovereignty of countries.
“The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on human lives, economies and societies at large must never be forgotten,” said Ms Matsoso. “The best chance we have, today, as a global community, to prevent a repeat of the past is to come together, in the spirit of solidarity, in a commitment to equity, and in the pursuit of health for all, and develop a global accord that safeguards societies from future pandemic threats.”
The WHO pandemic accord is being considered with a view to its adoption under Article 19 of the WHO Constitution, without prejudice to also considering, as work progresses, the suitability of Article 21.
Why is this important ? For multiple reasons, the most important among all is how corrupt, captured by corporations, and ineffective the WHO is, if one could blame an organization for at the very minimum half of everything that happened since 2020, that organization would be the WHO.
For most of the last 150 years, there is a philosophical room to discuss most of the existence of the centralization of power, giving unfathomable power to few people, or in a single place led to the biggest disasters in recent history. Similar to the Covid policy, this will be leveraged by sects of the global elites to achieve control of the world without the possibility of opposition. There are many writers and personalities who broke down how outrageously bad this treaty is, but the following is the reason I decided to write this shorter piece.
A few days ago the usual suspects, those being Johns Hopkins and Bill&Melinda Gates Foundation ran an “exercise”.
In the vein of the “SPARS pandemic” exercise, was a similar exercise written and run by Johns Hopkins in 2017 which used a novel coronavirus as the pathogen of choice for this exercise. These types of exercises are fairly common, but most of them choose common or weaponizable pathogens like measles, Ebola, and such.
A lot of hypotheses and theories came up very early in the pandemic, linking such documents to the intent of releasing a novel coronavirus.
The one chosen in this exercise was SEERS, Severe Epidemic Enterovirus Respiratory Syndrome. Which cares a lot more meaning, both explicit and even esoteric. At a surface level, an Enterovirus epidemic or pandemic of any significant pathogenicity will most likely decimate the health of the 4+ mRNA vaccinated, depending on how drastic the immunological shift caused by the aforementioned intervention, it could go well beyond it.
A secondary meaning is the fact that SEER is both a word for sage or people who used to tell the future and the name of a high biotech company, a company not only at the forefront of AI/ML related to protein research but with a lot of money from the same players involved in the entire pandemic response. Companies you usually never heard of often have more than merely fingerprints in big events, such as Leidos and SARS-CoV-2 (yet you don’t see anyone mentioning this, anywhere, ever, especially among 99% of Alt-Covid…).
It is no secret to anyone that I believe there will be another pandemic within this decade, from mathematics to data analysis and everything between both points towards it, the intriguing part of this is the timeframe proposed by places that ran such exercises and their funding partners. You can use a search engine yourself and look into this, but why has everyone involved in the pandemic response in the last 5 years predicts a high fatal pandemic by 2025 ?
And in the fact of such an event, either by hook or by crook (either released by people in power, or people fed up with them) when the inevitable next pandemic hits a world where 30% of the population is effectively paradoxically immuno-compromised, national sovereignty of most of the world ends up in the hands of a highly corrupt, inefficient and captured by outside interest, organization.
If you want to understand at least in part, why I am so sure there will be quite the assortment of plagues in the next decade or two, the following substack might be informative. Or fuel for anxiety for some.
As I wrote before, the moment where people will need to draw a line in the sand is inching ever closer, and at least part of the population will have to choose to stand against tyranny or submit. And in case you think we need half of the population, no, within the laws of populational behavior and especially Girard’s Mimetic Theory and Neuro-Cognitive Warfare, you need a small percentage of the population.
Certain types of behaviors and memes are as contagious as measles, SARS-CoV-2, or any engineered plague.
