Just an PSA. I am behind in a lot of messages, DMs (on Twitter) and e-mails, plus all the research and life, so be patient, I may take a while to reply to you, sometimes I also lose messages, don't take personally, just ask again.
This one is very significant because it participates on the KP (heavily implicated on cancer dynamics), the adrenergic pathway (autoimmunity, nervous system problems), and I will try to cover it soon, estrogen receptor family, and sepsis too.
Remarkable how the Spike messes with all the most important nutrients for us. Tryptophan, cysteine. Choline, niacin (b3).
I always had this one (alpha 7) in mind just waiting for some more solid evidence.
Yes I understand that, John Paul, but there’s a profound generosity -- a mystical quality, even -- to what you do. I see you pouring yourself out over these studies and research, then giving of yourself even more to share it with us. Thank you and know that you are in my family’s daily prayers.
Made tobacco tincture with Organic tobacco (American Spirit) equal volume in potato vodka. Works great, by the dropperful go easy. Total cost 30 dollars for a quart of tincture, market value about 300 dollars if I weren't giving it away.
What about those of us on one of the many α7nAChR antagonist medications, such as Prozac. Are we (theoretically, of course) doubly screwed in terms of brain damage caused by the virus, or could long term usage of an antagonist be protective in a similar way as an agonist by some sort of compensatory mechanism?
Doesn’t Prozac have fluoride in it? I appreciate that it protects one from covid/long covid/damages done but is the fluoride worth the risk? Asking seriously, not trying to be snarky.

Lots to think about and unpack here John Paul.
Thanks again.
Thanks John, awesome. As we keep finding, dysregulation can have implications for cancer too, eg inhibition of TAMs.

Interesting ....eggs denigrated for decades
Now egg prices skyrocketing
More Covidcidence
Thanks for the excellent article
Again, your work is heroic.
Just trying to help and understand the thing as a whole. Thanks for the kind words

This is good to know for when/if we enter the bartering stage. Did you let it set for a few wks?
My comment got deleted?
Touched a nerve?
Humans and their need to be right 🤪
It was stupid with no substance.
Make a comment that makes sense with some actual substance and it stays. You can find others disagreeing with me all around other posts I wrote.

Fluoxetine (Prozac) protects the glial cells inflammatory responses via other mechanisms. Not double screwed, just protected via other pathways.
You're the best!

I recommended taking other supplements that help with the mechanisms describe here, there is a option for everyone basically.
Thanks!! John for everything don’t eat too much 😉
