No. This has little to do with pseudouridine. It has everything to do with the whole platform and the end result protein. LNP, UPuridine, the mRNA, chemical composition, whatever they added to modulate TLR (that is the real question), etc.

Which we don't know exactly WHAT the mRNA is producing. It is not perfect spike, or perfectly shaped, or even perfect in sequence. Plus other variables such as glycans.

I use Laccasse applied radionically to clear the vax shed rubbish that is everywhere and affects us all physically. Plus vit C, D, magnesium, zinc and glycine with NAC and looking at the new augmented NAC from Italy and Dr Tina Peers. Certainly works at the energy and spirit levels. Used in bioremediation. Not a clue if it has a use to physically clean the actually jabbed - blood filter?

My kid got Covid. Two months later began with idiopathic urticaria and idiopathic anaphylaxis repeatedly.

No known allergy. Test negative for everything. Mast cells just flip out over nothing now.

Immunologist says he’s seen a bunch of healthy kids develop this issue recently. Weird.

So if Covid has these effects could it have possibly triggered a cascade within the immune system?

Kids are affected very differently from a Covid infection unlike adults, what protects adults often fuels inflammatory responses and immune dysregulation in kids because their immune systems responds super-fast to anything.

In simplistic terms Kynurenine and its pathway is "the middle of the road" in the inflammatory/immune journey, not necessarily the very start, or the end, but it "shifts" the roads in complicated ways. There is a whole side of Covid I am yet to delve into (Mast Cells).

For the most part yes Omicron has been shifting kids and adults alike towards a allergic (Th2) state, and the state itself has many causes. Covid definitely triggered these changes, but the "problem", or better the question here is, what else.

Covid never does anything alone, it is every other pathogen best friend. So either it shifted your kid microbiome pretty heavily, or the mycobiome (fungi/yeast biome), or released something the kid already had (mold exposure can shows its ugly head years after the fact).

I am fairly confident there is another causative agent together with Covid.

I will save my comments on the state of medicine for myself. They are mostly not "good".

I will reiterate, use AI. It is a powerful tool. But don't stop reading my substack 😂 (I see AI taking my place soon though, so no hard feelings)

The paper above refers to the positive effects of exercise on the Kynurenine pathway from a metabolic/energy perspective, since primarily it is a "metabolic" pathway and talks about the potential positive effects of exercise on the KP, and the enzymes involved.

The more energy your cells need, depends on the metabolic health of the person, the more positive the exercise is, because it will shift towards the proper pathway, instead of the immuno suppresive one. This paper is hard for anyone to understand because it talks about energy metabolism, and this is one of the most complex topics in biology.

Using AI can help you understand a lot of the complex parts and bridge gaps on knowledge that you may have. Use tech to your advantage =).

Sufficient Niacin can inhibit tryptophan and the Kynurenine Pathway which is a salvage pathway. Niacin is for the main pathway.

Depends exactly where, how and why the KP is being induced it is not merely a salvage pathway, it's metabolites are bioactive and have multiple functions.

Under normal circumstances yes, Niacin is helpful. Under feedback loops it is a stop gap.

And I have been advising people to take Niacin for COVID since 2020, so I am not against it's use. It is just more complex than that.

Lifting, HIIT, cardio helps, better rucking (walking longer distances with weight on your back). A few miles per day, 3-4 times per week will do.

Start light, increase weight and distance as you feel comfortable
