Another week, another forecast being accurate. It brings me no satisfaction being either right or ahead anymore. Awareness of how damaging all of this is can be soul-sucking.
I wish all of you a great week ahead anyway. New article sometime later this week.
Since 2020, I have seen, by far, the most severe B12 deficiencies I have encountered in my career (my own family members included). I suspected parietal cells were being decimated by covid and had been explaining that as the probable cause since none of these individuals had a history of b12 deficiency. Thank you for sharing the mechanism! One more covid mystery solved!
I suspected the same, but it took quite a long while for even a mouse model to be done to provide us with the primary evidence.
The impact in the microbiome itself is also lasting, with Omicron lowering Akkermansia levels for 5+ months (it tends to go back to baseline after a year but... it is a rollercoaster).
That Galectin-fold has been a problem in the making since 2020.
Thank you for your hard work and diligence. The layman’s terms are very helpful to me. I have been dealing with histamine & gut issues since Delta. Lots of trying to get the right probiotics & supplements since and have seen some improvement. I’ve used suggestions from your articles and follower comments. Had a friend show me how to make L Reuteri yogurt this past week and introducing it slowly. Hoping for further improvement.
Sorry for the delay. I am trying to bridge the gap between the very complex and layered science with layman terms so anyone can grasp the content, a shift from the past few years, where I had to focus, solely on the complexity.
L Reuteri and Akkermansia Muciniphila may help you, A LOT on tackling your gut issues, I have recently recommended both (L Reuteri was introduced to me by my super smart girlfriend).
You may want to add glutamine, it can help heal the gut in case there is some damage and it can help fuel immune cells.
Methionine and Vitamin E (as well as Magnesium, Selenium, and Melatonin) can put histamine issues in place. The first two are especially effective for histamine flare-ups.
No apology needed! Thank you for building a bridge to help my layman’s brain and for the great gut healing information.
I have a few of those in my home but now the others are definitely going into my shopping cart.
My L Reuteri journey is coming along. I’m eating a bit more every 3 days to ease into it. It gives me hope to get away from my histamine flares. Thanks again.
I just stumbled upon this about 3 weeks ago and began making it. My first 'batch' was a complete success, 2nd was a bit lumpy because I allowed the half/half to boil instead of watching it. The 3rd batch, with the good dr davis' reuteri was a complete failure. I scoured the internet and found this:
My next batch will be following the advice of this young man. I do NOT have any gastric issues but the mood enhancement drew me in...who doesn't want to be more loving?
Thanks for another really interesting article. The initial turning point in my long Covid odyssey began when I started taking high quality probiotics. My gut was utterly trashed by Covid on top of already having Celiac. Just to be clear, I never got the shot.
Probiotics modulate so much of the immune system that the right combination (or sometimes just adding good general probiotics) can tilt the recovery needle and improve symptoms, enabling actual recovery.
Sounds suspiciously like another attempt to assign mRNA vaccine injuries to Covid. Until actual unjabbed patients start presenting with these horrific “post-Covid” conditions, I’ll not believe otherwise.
I am unjabbed, used IVM, zinc, HCL, etc protocol for Delta. Unfortunately, I have lasting symptoms. I believe Covid is a gain of function virus and there are many things we do not know about it. Therefore I follow and support those who are piecing together what impact the virus and jabs have done to the human population.
I believe you. Unfortunately, my experience is a trail of untimely deaths and strange chronic illnesses among vaxxed family and friends. I honestly don’t know an unvaxxed person with “long Covid” or anything more serious than a compromised olfactory sense.
You can just look over here at China, zero mRNA and lots of people who got fake vaccine certificates but still a mess of long term sequelae, heart attacks and cancer. There are some differences to the west so you can see where mRNA has made things worse and there are definitely mRNA specific issues but you also have clear evidence that it’s not one but both that are both causing damage.
Glad you are open to the idea. I think a lot of people feel accepting that the virus ask causes harm means it undermines the harms caused by mRNA. It doesn’t, but it does mean it’s easier for those that want to deliberately blur the lines so that we can never definitively prove vaccine harms. I’ve witnessed the timing here too. The only vaccine issues with xhinese were gut micro biome issues and lung nodules. All the cardiac damage, cancer and organ damage only started after they opened up in early 2023. I wish it wasn’t true but it is
It’s not really that simple. The vaccine produces a reaction turning the body itself into a spike protein factory, it doesn’t replicate the whole virus and train the immune system as a traditional vaccine (allegedly) does. Our immune systems are programmed to fight infections, even from the Corona virus. Not so much to having our bodies turned into spike protein factories that most often can’t even be turned off.
Could this lead to a gluten intolerance? My teenage daughter, who has always been lactose intolerant, developed a severe reaction to gluten after a catching a virus earlier this year. We assume the virus was Covid based on diagnoses received by similarly sick friends she was around. Is there any way to reverse the gluten sensitivity?
Sorry for the delayed response Dee. And yes, there is both scientific and many, many clinical observations of developing, or worsening gluten and other food allergies after a Covid infection, and not just with the first strains, any strains really.
It does it by modulating systemic immunity (changing how the cells respond to many things, including "allergens") but also changing the gut microbiome.
Some supplements could help tackle the intolerance, perhaps not outright completely fix, but make it much milder or more manageable.
Not really. The Spike Protein itself is designed to enter any cellular membrance via many mechanisms, and depending what happens after being produce it will literally "cut" through the cells.
Same with LNPs, they were designed to enter anything. So... basically you get it everywhere, it was the biggest criticism at first btw, before any side-effects were apparent.

Thanks for another great article 🙂
My head ins't that great lately, sorry for forgetting to give you credit for getting me the paper T_T.
That's ok I forgive you ; )

Thank you, love the confirmation I’m on the right track. My friend who showed me her method used Dr Davis’s recipe and Matthew Cress’s advice as well.

Great research. Many thanks. NTD-Chimera. Many thanks Dr. Baric for your research and work for the Mengele awards

Spike protein comes through both the virus and the “vaccine.” The “vaccine” just gives thousands more than the virus.
Yes, I’m aware of that. My comment just concerned the initial impact of the virus vs. vaccine.

Is there any square inch of the body that is immune from the devastating affects of mRNA poisons? Seems like every system is under stress.
