I managed to treat a cellulitis with liposomal vitamin c. Plus a cream. Cellulitis is usually strep bacteria. Paul Marik is the sepsis guru and he uses VitC intravenous for septic intubated patients in the ICU. Along with thiamine and corticosteroids. It's something to have in your back pocket at least for the first 48hrs. Take 1g every hour until you are too nauseated or you have diarrhea, then back off.
I can't saturate my "gut" with vitamin C, to my particular circumstance it is the same trade off as using antibiotics. I am treating something and causing months long damage to more important "stuff".
To that matter, melatonin with vitamin C is a better treatment than vitamin C and Thiamine (and I am a massive fan of thiamine).
All 3 and metformin at high dosages you can do wonders. Choline+Aspirin and you stop the hyper inflammatory response.
