Do you support use of Nattokinase, during and after infection?

Also, thank you so much for sharing your work. I always enjoy when you show up in my email.

Professor - "neutralizing ability was found positively correlated with antigen presentation, interferon, B cell activation and BCR signaling. This means that people in the BA.2 BTI group can fight upcoming infections more strongly than the controls"

One of just a few conclusions that are not quite sound. Consider the significantly downregulated TRBV6-6 gene will dysregulate T-cell signaling + growth + differentiation + adaptive immunity vs pathogens via inefficient antigen presentation and more importantly gene expression.

The repercussions will cascade via LCK, ITAM, ZAP70, LAT & three major signaling pathways, calcium, MAPK and NF-kB. The development of autoreactivity could result if the branching and integration of these signalling pathways are perturbed.

"although the proportion of T cells and TCR diversity returned to control levels six months post BTI, the T cells maintained some antiviral activity." Sure thing.

As the T cell repertoire is generated in the thymus, by V-(D)-J rearrangement the implications are staggering.

"Further functional enrichment analysis showed that upregulated genes were mainly involved in T cell activation, T cell differentiation, and host defense, while downregulated genes were not only enriched in T cells, but also involved in hematopoietic regulation, calcium ion response, and response to topologically incorrect proteins and unfolded proteins "

My read is many "conclusions" in this paper were "made" as concessions, to get the paper published as opposed to seeing the censors file 13. As always, we take the best and leave the rest Mr. Mulder.

if its affecting the ability to create sugars from proteins and lipids. ( think that is what I read?).. could it result in a kind of loss of energy and stamina ( cheereos blues, like those old commercials). I know in the past I dfinitly felt a strange kind of fatigue, and secondary type of systems that either create sugars out of proteins and lipids and creatine could explain it.

I'm unvaccinated and got the early Omicron variant. Felt normal after a month and live overall a healthy life. Not worried.

Awesome. Very excited for the supplementation stack. It would be easier to explain to friends and family of concern. Thank you

Thanks for the great article, and for encouraging us to keep up with our health and the supplements.

Was there ANY difference between the abnormal changes in those vaccinated versus unvaccinated in the China study?

My doc says I need to get the tetanus update jab. Does anyone have any info on this topic or just an idea how to rationally approach this situation? Sooner or later we are going to be confronted with this as more time passes since our last vaccinations, for all kinds of diseases. I am going to research the topic for sure but I wonder if that's what I'll need to do every time from now on (or at least until proper consequences have been drawn from the covid debacle. which still could take a few decades). Thanks everyone
