Oh boy... another homework assignment.. lol.. my recall fades in and out so I'll be searching your articles for hmgb1.. exercising the gray matter.

If the SP is being dislodged can it migrate to other places? Every so often I can smell or taste something but now my vision is taking a hit. Natural aging or covid? 🤷‍♀️Some of your stack is vision protective anyway but maybe higher dose of enzymes would help if it's migrating spike.

Many thanks for your gift of time and research! You're a very patient person to make all this "stuff" concise and understandable to non science plebes.

Just search for One Protein to Rule Them All. Not just the spike protein but the most abundant part, so yeah, it gets dislodged and it will go to places.

That is COVID, the choline and other things should help but you are right, my stack will protect the vision to, another nice byproduct. Enzymes at higher dosage will help especially Serra.

Super helpful post, thank you.

How would you recommend dosing the activated charcoal so as to avoid having it mop up the other supplements? Separate it by a certain number of hours?

4 hours, completely empty stomach

Moriarty, I've just done somewhat of a deep dive on melatonin, having been watching for the right kinds of info about it. I finally found an interview of Dr Russell Reiter who has been researching M for 55 years and is still going strong at 85. Here' a link to that interview:

Dr Russell Reiter is *the* researcher on Melatonin, working on it for 55 years. This is an interview of him:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YU9QUbsqrcQ

And then you can watch Frank Shallenberger talk about his work using Melatonin for cancer at his clinic in Nevada:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=Roh4lQXneQg

Note that Reiter has been using at least 60 mg every night before bed for many years, and Shallenberger uses 180 mg. I'm impressed by the lack of negative side effects at any dose, and it clearly helps against C19. Reiter says that he has not had any C19 infections.

Any thoughts? I know your v1.1 stack has M in it but at the low dose normally mentioned for sleep, but perhaps it should be much higher in order to protect against C19 and to help tamp down turbo cancer issues. It's pretty cheap, as I can get 50 grams of powder good for about 250 days of high dosing for $30.

dont know covid or not, got a sudden mild throat pain one day, next day runny nose and watery eyes, next day developed some productive cough,, today day 4, only cough remains...took quercetin and bromelain, BSO with honey, oil of oregano, olive leaf extract, nac +C , taurine, B1,choline, sleep was good..dont know whats going on. recovery is quite fast ,cough is there still but it can be controlled , although that something stuck feeling sometimes is there, today took chinese skullcap along with olive leaf extract, which gave lot of relief... do you suggest taking aspirin +activated charcoal? or maybe that combo of zinc+copper+selenium should be started now? secind day felt some difficulty breathing )although can hold breath 90 secs) took B1 300mg with magnesium and glycine and taurine atleast felt good and slept....head seems fine , as i knew whatever happens i need to protect brain at any cost, so i took tauine and magnesium daily..,..overall except some cough its fine but dont know whats happening inside....

Yes, while you are still "new" in the infection phase, take aspirin at some point, activated charcoal on a empty stomach, either first thing in the morning or later in the day.

Zinc+Copper+Selenium after you clear the infection, so you "force" the body into pumping the protein "dissolving" enzymes to help clear all the viral garbage this thing leaves in the body long after is gone.

All that you are doing should be more than enough, since I know you take good care of your health.

Wishing you a quick recovery.

I always considered Taurine more of a brain-enhancer (like caffeine), curious what is role is here with respect to combating+recovery from illness?

I thought your previous articles implied berberine was a suitable analogue of or replacement for metformin. Now you recommend both?

One of the 3, never both

What medications are Substrates of the CYP's that are inhibited or induced by those supplements and how is their actions affected?

For instance is Berberine a P-GP or a CYP inducer or inhibitor?

If any person is under medication common sense should kick in and they should ask their healthcare provider.

Berberine is a P-GP inhibitor. Depends on the CYP, it acts as a inhibitor. Not many of the enzymes though.

Many of the supplements here will mildly enhance drug effectiveness IF taken in combination.
