"I do wonder how many of you are forgetting words with higher frequency, decaying spatial awareness, but especially not good with math and complex tasks anymore"
Can confirm all of the above...as well as general sluggishness.
Oh that sound familiar, interestingly I noticed I seem to knocking things I am holding, rather than bits of myself of late.
I find the nicotine helps with the brain. Interesting observation of my self. I bought a 2nd had bit of audio kit, that turned out to be in much better condition that I had expected (good price as well), However to use it I needed to drill some holes in the back and fit some new sockets and a few other mods. I was fretting about this and was just about to purchase a different plug and play one on ebay, when I decided to take 2mg nicotine chew. Almost straight away, I chastised my self and disappeared into the garage to perform the surgery. Glad I did, nice bit of kit, and saved myself $40. Had been unsure if the nicotine was having any effect, but that experience was pretty un subtle.
LOL... yes... the unfortunate thing is that it appears I am moving much slower in doing things and it's because I am careful to question myself -- Is this smart? Did I unplug the toaster before sticking a knife in it to get the toast? Wait, where are my eye goggles before weed whacking? Very careful going down stairs.... crazy, isn't it? I just keep laughing so at least my soul will remain in good health. :)
I have noticed, likely since 2021 (there was far less driving in 2020), that I see far more oncoming traffic incursion onto my side of the road. I cannot tell whether the effect is spatial awareness or plain cognitive deficit.
My word and name recall is not as sharp as I was previously able to achieve, however.
Absolutely! I noticed the problem with staying in proper lane in Jan 2021, right when the vax started in full force. My neighbor post vax explained that she wasn't quite sure of where she was in time and space... kinda like she was floating but no vertigo.
Ginko is used in Germany for stroke which made me recall something else used for stroke... DMSO.... then there's the spicy foods, cayenne, alliums.. and rosemary. Cleavers the herb, is supposedly good for fluid flow in body. What about a red light hat?
I immediately thought of your poor abused brain as I was reading this... and then realized I don't have any excuses like you do for brain malfunction ... except aging and covid.. 😤 ... and here you are doing all this heavy research for us! BPC 157 must be high octane fuel for your brain!
Can't shake this current illness and it's put my brain in neutral. I used to be constantly thinking of something but now ... empty space. Words are missing. It's kinda like I'm 10 yrs older than I should be. Like covid pulled every ailment forward 10yrs for everyone.
I see it in those around me too... all acting like they're exhausted... like they've been without sleep for 48 hrs... just tired out.
Gingko Biloba is a "central" part of my stack because it has synergy with Piracetam, but Gingko alone has many fantastic effects. Red light is also good.
My brain function is only like this because of the Brain Stack, which I have found recently it replicates the effects of Reboxetine (improves memory, learning, cognition, shares similar pathways). The peptides 100% help me heal and recover even more. The high octane fuel is the Brain Stack, it is so powerful I only need 25 mg of Modafinil to reach even higher levels lol.
Try the Brain Stack, I am telling you it does absolute wonders, you don't need to take it everyday like me, but a few days and you will be able to tell the difference.
"Like covid pulled every ailment forward 10yrs for everyone."
That is why me and my mentor-friend named it "The Great Accelerator". =)
I'll start with just a monster drink... lol ... my heart seems to be sensitive to stimulants. Before this latest illness, the taurine, 2000mg and choline 1600mg did seem to make a difference. We've all become our own test tubes.....
Really interesting, Moriarty. Thanks. Looking forward to Part 2. Dementia is a massive problem, os it's good to see people starting to unravel some of the more important details and not getting sidetracked trying to develop a drug to take out ABeta.
This is great and important information. I've read about the glymphatic system from A Midwestern Doctor, though I believe you were the first to bring it to my attention. I like how I'm reading about the same subject via different angles and seeing a confluence with common variables including multiple brain injuries, melatonin, glymphatics, blue light, and draining amyloid proteins.
I'm going to post a long quote and also a link. Within is a reference to Dietrich Klinghardt, who says that it's important to use liposomal melatonin for this purpose. I'm wondering if that's the case.
AMD adds that good zeta potential is also important as it is for many other reasons. I'm using a homemade zeta potential aid that AMD recommended. If it works, it would be one of those supplements that satisfies the efficacy aim along with being absolutely dirt cheap. Within the article is are two comments that AMD and another MD shared, suspecting that improving zeta potential might help the toxic clearance for those with multiple brain injuries.
"Many different neurodegenerative disorders, especially those of aging, are associated with impaired glymphatic drainage (for example, traumatic brain injuries reduce glymphatic drainage, which helps to explain why experiencing a second concussion prior to the healing process completing can be so devastating and their association with AD). In the case of AD, the brain relies upon the glymphatic system to remove the neurotoxic and inflammatory agents linked to AD along with its pathologic proteins (e.g. amyloids), so disabling this system (either directly or temporarily through sleep deprivation) in turn increases the levels of those proteins by reducing their clearance.
In the same manner that physiologic zeta potential decreases with age, glymphatic drainage also decreases with age. As this decrease occurs in conjunction with the increased incidence of neurological degeneration with aging, the glymphatics have been argued to be the shared pathway for many of those disorders, which I would argue also suggests zeta potential is a key concern.
Many other factors such as your sleeping position (it is not good to sleep on your stomach), the phase of sleep you are in, and possibly utilizing an inclined bed, affect glymphatic drainage.
One of the factors most associated with glymphatic drainage is the presence of melatonin in the brain. Interestingly once in the brain, melatonin is rapidly metabolized to 6-hydroxymelatonin sulfate. Because sulfates are one of the most effective negatively charged ions for improving zeta potential, the body often relies upon sulfated molecules for this purpose and may also do so to facilitate glymphatic drainage."

Re math... calculator is my best friend now, spatial is still good tho, but complex thinking requires too much energy.

Did I skim over Brain Stack? I’m a fan of peptides as well

As always, thanks!
This sentence seems to be missing a word:
That the Glymphatic system is essential for the clearance of waste in the brain we are very already, but how it happens while we sleep ?
Also in the last paragraph it says Gingko Bibola
It always autocorrect to Bibola 🤣 never leaves Biloba for whatever damn reason. Fixed.
It always exchanges "Fort Detrick" to "Fort Derrick" as well!
I refer to the gremlin as "AutoPhil" but I do suspect that he has some sort of an allergy to mention of the US Army biowarfare lab.
You are kickin it ! Thank you!
Gotta send you some coin soon
Appreciate it *praying hands here

awesome, many thanks..dots are connecting faster now...
What would be the role of circadian rhythm in the glymphatic system? Pretty sure there’s microRNA screwing up circadian rhythm in the shots.
Circadian rhythm basically "rules" over the glymphatic system, with vasoactive proteins controlling the flow one way or the other.
People who took the mRNA paid the early adopter fee. But yeah there is, but oddly enough there is also some protective micro, and non-coding.
