On the last point about exercise, it seems that Zone 2 cardio is the best form of exercise to regulate kynurenine (10.1016/j.exger.2020.110880). This is very interesting because this form of cardio also enhances mitochondrial efficiency, improving overall energy levels.

Better physical AND mental health from a brisk walk or gentle cycle, imagine that!

Hi John,

Superb post.

Your title says its unfixable. Can you expand on that?

The whole thing with mRNA was it could bypass any cellular signaling and immunological response so you could completely translated any set of "instructions" without any side-effects.

It is clear by now there is more going on by using mRNA than solely turning off certain receptors, which in turn had a massive cost (Refer to my "Toll of TLR post to understand this part).

How you will bypass one of the most important receptors in the body (well, we could argue), one responsible to respond to a lot of synthetic, man-made products ?

It is unfixable until they find a way to bypass it, and for your body to not disrupt the mRNA response. Given what I know about SARS-CoV-2 and SARS-COV, mRNA will NEVER work for it, unless they design from the ground up, or completely change the cationic lipids.

They will fix it, but it will take years, and a lot of money and I doubt the composition and all the cellular responses will look like this. Bypassing that Th17 is paramount in my opinion.

Just think about all of the clinical trial data they're getting right now by doing what they never would have been allowed to do.

Exactly. They are getting ALL the data they need, and the test dummies presented themselves.

This is literally Nazi experimentation but on a global scale. I am so glad not to be part of it. What do you think is going to happen to all the vaxed? If these pathways etc are turned off, is it for good? or will they need to get some new drugs to fix the pathways that then bugger up some other one?

This could be very anecdotal, but I really think that a lot of people have started to "age" faster than before. I know a lot of people where I think, god, you´ve aged 10yrs in the past 1 or so. Or maybe I just don´t see people as often due to all this Covid BS and so notice the differences more... Thoughts? anyone else seeing this?

Hi John-Paul! Can I ask a couple questions?

1) The hypothesis here is that delivery of LNP-mRNA causes increased increased basal metabolic rate + increase of ROS to outcompete/ combat translation of LPN-mRNA?

2) How does the body recognize LNP-mNRA as "foreign" thus kicking off counteractive cellular activity?

Thank you for the fascinating read!

There are a few papers in other posts arguing the same btw.

1) Yes the hypothesis is that either LNP or mRNA or both is foreigner to the body that there is a increase in metabolic rate and ROS to do exactly that, for the body to outcompete the translation of the mRNA.

2) The body recognizes the LNP via aryl hydrocarbon receptor, a "promiscuous" receptor, that can respond to a whole host of things, especially man-made chemical structures not found in nature. The AHR is resposible for a myriad of function but in this particular matter the interesting function is shifting the immune response towards a highly inflammatory one (Th17).

I think both the LNP and the mRNA itself, when translate are increasing ROS, and when the protein is produced, it is so "allergic" to the body, there is more ROS creation, glycosylation will will also play a role in my opinion, but don't quote me on this one.

And since the Spike Protein has so many things embeded inside, I bet there are cryptic (hidden, non-researched) peptide sequences when the body breaks the thing down.

Not sure the immune system can distinguish "man-made" vs "foreign" compounds.

I guess there would be minimal difference between response to mRNA-produced spike protein vs infection-produced spike protein (assuming both are wuhan strain).

Differences in immune response will be due to where the immune response interacts with the spike in the body, structural presentation (attached to membrane vs free spike), antigen production over time curve and any adjuvants.

There is a massive difference between the Spike from the viral infection, the velocity it is produced and volume vs the jab.

Translation errors, metabolic rate inside the cell, initial immune response.

The body can distinguish between man-made and foreign or are you equating pollen with lipid nano particles ? Even the mRNA inside the vaccine isn't "natural".

The difference is from the get go, the end result is the same given severity+time. Difference in immune response has a dozen causes. Both innate and in the protein sequence itself.
