Snapping Hip Syndrome, Facial Bones Fracture, were among the 41 different types of Bone damage suffered by thousands of victims reported by Pfizer after jabbing to April 2022 FOI-3727

I've been reading about people taking the vaxx and having teeth problems since mid-2021. I think I had covid late 2022, real low grade fever, and two odd things occurred.

One, my fillings hurt. (I have a couple of fillings from when I was a rampant cola drinker in my 20s, 30 years ago) The pain went away after about three weeks after the fever.

Two, I have had intense back pain for over 4 years from when I had been hit by a car while riding my bike to work. Shooting pain, like an electric charge. I had worked with a chiropractor on some stretches and the pain was better, but after the fever, or I guess during it, there was some sort of immune response in my spine and that pain is now gone.

Weird times.

If my brother still didn't want me in a camp for refusing the shots, I'd give him a hug for making my back pain go away, since he showed up to Xmas with covid.

Thank you, John Paul. Excellent work & explanations, as always!

Just had back surgery. In severe pain. Fractures. Worried also about omnipresent chemicals and possible lanthanides.. Just WOW!! Thank you so mucch!

Depending on the surgery the antioxidants can help you recover, and sometimes the enzymes (serra/natto) can too, otherwise one thing for sure to speed up the process is peptides.

I wish you a speed and full recover. And fast preferably.

Thank you! Introduced your article to the

I would suggest recommending him to read the Kynurenine Pathway one too, I think he would get more value from that one, but this one is also important.

When I stop crying with pain, will do. Thank you!

My father just recently lost multiple teeth in a very rapid fashion. Of course they blame it on age.

As other people talk about symptoms below: me when I had covid my mouth became very 'numb'. Difficult to explain but it felt pretty off. Also taste was off for a few months.

Expand full comment
author

Depending the variant/strain, Covid will attack nerves differently, Delta and early Omicron all had that weird numbness in some people, but the virus (any variant) will always attack "where you are weak" in simple terms.

=( Feels bad about your father, the further loss can be mitigated as I wrote, but sadly the teeth that are gone, are gone for good (at least for now, some are researching peptides to grow new tooth).

Very interesting. After having the rona the first time (delta). I noticed symptoms in my teeth that I had not had for a while. I have periodontal disease as well, but it has been stable for a few years now, as I'm very conscientious with my dental hygiene. I also use a rinse called Closys that I have found better than the usual big brands.

The virus is known to affect the mucosal microbiome, even in the mouth/gum, so perhaps this is why, not necessarily bad, just a byproduct, unless the symptoms are persistent (months long) than at this point it is worth checking it.

Thank you for your incredible research-- it would be very in service to marketers with massive lists if you could write a brief summary in the laymen's terms of the points/benefits of the articles so we can more frequently share your work. many thanks

I am working on a simplified, comprehensive version of all of my "supplement" substacks, so people can point almost anyone towards and they are able to understand the general idea, without the science becoming a massive hurdle.

Thank your for another excellent article, this fleshes out some “bits & pieces” I had been kicking around. As to teeth, after over a decade of serious mountain bike racing (and the requisite training) I found I had developed serious periodontitis. Drinking sugar containing solutions for hours while racing & training definitely helped performance, but the little mouth critters went to town! Although my gums have receded significantly, I have found an excellent aid to oral health you didn’t mention: turmeric. I started brushing with turmeric at least once/day, not rinsing it out. Research shows it impairs bacterial adhesion to teeth and the anti-inflammatory effect on the gums is tremendous. I cannot reverse the process (although I have a more ‘involved’ experiment I may try) but symptomatic improvement has been quite real (pain or inflammation).

Activated charcoal does some good as well. I was never very tolerant of attempts to do “oil pulling” though.

I never touched on turmeric, but it is indeed a great aid to oral health, and overall health really, there is just so much options and things one can use/choose, that I tend to stick to the ones I am more intimate and have overlap uses for other conditions.

I also have receded gums, never found a way to "fix it" besides using another type of toothbrush, for hyper sensitive gums. Apparently I brush my teeth so aggressively I caused it to recede lol.

Thank you John Paul, this is fascinating. I was recently diagnosed with bone loss due to periodontitis - bizarre considering my age and oral habits (although I have been under huge stress for a decade and have been breastfeeding or pregnant for ten years). I can bit a dog with a bone on issues, and I wasn't satisfied with what the dentists told me, and I fell down a rabbit hole, eventually coming to berberine as a great solution - largely due to its antiparasitic activity (which is actually the primary cause or periodontal disease and bone loss). I do find it fascinating that so much of what helps us through covid is naturally antiparasitic. I am totally unvaccinated, although I live an am area of 98% uptake and everyone in socialise with is jabbed. Do you have any thoughts on shedding you could direct me to?

While I didn't delve deeper into the subject, the overall theme is in the correct direction, bone loss is often mediated either/or by the microbiome, with the help or directly caused by the immune system. Stress most likely is the culprit of these changes in your case =( sorry to hear that, I also suffered from chronic stress for many years and it wrecked me in other ways.

My thoughts on shedding are the following. I believe they are shedding something, there is scientific evidence the vaccinated are able to share antibodies, which can elicit immune responses, I also personally believe they can shed pieces of the Spike and sometimes toxins inside extracellular vesicles. I do not believe they can persistently shed mRNA or Spike Protein like some of "people" state.

Hope berberine helps you with the bone loss.

Do you know of any mechanism for Natto working for joint inflammation?

Expand full comment
author

Nattokinase can help by reducing oxidative stress and certain inflammatory signaling, but serrapeptase directly works for joint inflammation.

Expand full comment

I had noticed a direct and measurable dose response with the Natto and was curious if it was a one off for me or might help others. I know you have written extensively on Natto and Serra but it was Natto the food vs either supplement. Just one data point for you to throw in the bucket. And yes large amounts of undesigned observational data points can pinpoint root cause. You can make a living solving problematic root causes that way.

Expand full comment
author

My focus is always on the supplements, consuming natto daily would be beneficial, but you won’t achieve the therapeutic effects like that, which is what many need. You are definitely it alone, many people get rid of their joint pain/inflammation as a byproduct of natto. Usually by natto regulating specific pathways that, in these persons, is what is driving the inflammation.

Yes it was a whole food, with a meal. Not a supplement on an empty stomach. While I do absolutely agree with supplementing, perhaps leave room for a whole food playing a natural chord vs a supplement playing a note as possibly an excellent pathway. I was pleasantly surprised.

This is quite remarkable to hear. I am one to suggest Whole Foods and good diet but most people who seek my help are usually severely “wrecked” for lack of a better term, so I have a bias towards supplements because of it. 😆

When they blame Covid on all the ills, they neglect to differentiate the effects of Covid itself and of the Covid jabs. Why? Because most their study subjects have been jabbed many times over. But let us have a look. The Covid infection usually lasts for no more than 2 weeks, usually 5 days. After that you have no S spikes in you system. Contrast that with an mRNA jab where it produces 10-100 times more spikes in you for 4-5 months. And then you get another jab, and another, and another, and another... You are permanently saturated with S spikes disrupting all sorts of immune responses and biological pathways. Unless you die suddenly and peacefully in your sleep, that is.
