Biden is a puppet. The question is, who is the order giver? Obama is just the middle man. John Paul what is your guess? This green energy push all at once all over is totally malice..not incomptence . How many of us will die? At a guess?

If I don't get my house sold soon, I plan to rely on propane. That price is so far holding steady, although I expect increased delivery costs to appear soon.

Saving the heating oil for below zero weather. It rook a month's social security check to fill it in May. Hoping to not touch it until January!

Not worried about frozen foods in winter. Deep chest freezer can hold for a long time, & unheated sunroom or a snowbank will keep food all winter. I saved a freezerful in an April snowbank during one storm outtage!

Maybe I'll empty it & move it out there.

I am shocked you can't sell your home. I overhear those around me here in the upper Midwest talking with others about trying to buy houses, and getting outbid by 20+ other parties. Property values here have increased 25-30% since last year. It makes it tempting to try and sell my own, but without somewhere else to go, it seems way too risky. This is the first time in over ten years that my tax valuation is higher than what I paid for the property.

I'm shocked too. It's a long story, but bottom line, the agent is a moron. And after her last round of stupidity, I pulled it off the market because now all the prospects I had lined up for myself are sold/under contract. Iow, same boat as you. No place to go if I sell.

Now my senior dog is unable to poop. Most likely an obstruction, so waiting to take him to vet to confirm. He has heart disease, so even if I could afford surgery, this will probably be it.

She's lucky I didn't punch her lights out multiple times. Last time, she *bragged* about refusing to show it to an out of state, cash buyer because of a scheduling conflict. A conflict that could be easily resolved. Like, with a single phone call to me.

I got a single offer out of 14+ showings, several of whom told her it was the best they'd seen in the price range. I have to wonder how many she scared away.

The sole offer was full price, but the financing was through a state program that I did not trust. She called an agent working on one. Turned out it had been dragging on since last November and still wasn't done!

Has the former Young Communist Merkel gotten her seat on some Russian energy company board yet, you know, like all of their previous "leaders?"

The new wood stoves are 80%+ efficiency and made to burn the smoke and particulates so they release little pollution into the air. The new ones that meet these standards are considered "green" and in the US they give a 26% tax rebate for the cost of the stove and instal. I'm looking at having one installed - can't decide between the smaller one - too small for rebate but will provide emergency heat or the larger which could heat most of the main floor. This will be a good solution for being self sufficient for me - but on large scale I don't think it will work - not enough dead trees for firewood.

This is another Brazilian forecaster. Predicting a megaquake in September. Reckon he is crazy or onto something?

Biggest human trafficking hub for sex slaves and child sex slaves, top money laundering and weapon trafficking hub. Top child pornography producer.

Everything that is bad and goes into Europe it goes through there.

I don't know why they would want to nuke it, there is history behind it, given the massive collateral damage the world will suffer from this, I am inclined to agree.

Ukraine is not worth billions of lives and the global economy, sorry.

Freeport is going to be interesting because like I've said. There are no parts or people to fix it. I've actually spent a lot of time in Freeport and we're not talking something simple to repair. These are massive facilities with a lot of complexity and also really old. I'm headed to that area next week and I'll see if I can get pictures from the road.

Australia has the cheapest, most abundant coal. It is being exported due to higher overseas demand and prices leaving Australians with unaffordable energy prices for business and industry. The coal fired power stations were allowed to run down due to gutless government policy. The present federal government is woke and broke. The opposition must demonstrate some intestinal fortitude and use this as an opportunity to push for nuclear energy. This will improve their position. Australia has plenty of uranium.
