I am not sure where I read a comment regarding these fires:

The point was a retired exindustrial worker said that there is no conspiracy here. What is happening that the skilled workers are going out of business into retirement or another profession and now many factories are operated by unskilled people who have no clue how to operate/ maintain them.

Myself working also in technical field I can kind of approve this. In my field also people are getting older and younger generations are absolutely not interested to stay in the field. So at the moment our youngest people are in their mid/late 30s.

I do agree with that, but the point of these is, it is breaking down TOO fast. Why other countries are not suffering that bad ? US, some places in Europe, and India, specifically the Pharmaceutical parts of India.

Maybe it is everything put together, lack of experienced workers, pandemic cost, parts breaking down faster than you can replace, etc. Still, given my former work, I know you can do some creative things to accelerate that.

My argument is, there is a small helping human hand behind some of these.

I had noticed this before I left the construction field a few years ago. There was nobody under 30 then... I have always kept up with tech too and have heard from many different professions that even infrastructure as important as electrical and telecoms is so old literally nobody knows how it works anymore, and the last guy who did retired 10 years ago... it definitely fits, but even moreso if you consider the possibility some of these incidents could be 'cyber' sabotage, which could be a mix of the physical and technical sides of this issue.
