The point was a retired exindustrial worker said that there is no conspiracy here. What is happening that the skilled workers are going out of business into retirement or another profession and now many factories are operated by unskilled people who have no clue how to operate/ maintain them.
Myself working also in technical field I can kind of approve this. In my field also people are getting older and younger generations are absolutely not interested to stay in the field. So at the moment our youngest people are in their mid/late 30s.
