I would not be surprised if Chinese nationals were involved in this event at some level. China is extremely aggressive in the "pathogen sample gathering" efforts.
A few years ago I read an article by a real journalist, who had investigated lab leaks. The article stated that more than 100 leaks happen every year. That is one every 3 to 4 days. It is a miracle we are all still alive. One incident involved the moving of an old lab to a new building. The vials were put on the back of a bicycle and the workers drove them over like that. Some labs had water leaks from the roof, with mold growing on the walls. How is it with the forbidden vials found in one of the mayor pharma labs last year? Heard nothing about that anymore. Every new outbreak of ebola or some other deadly disease, my first thought is, how far is the next biolab? And now this. Instead of finding cures, they find sick-makers. (money in sick people, not in healthy ones)

I have... Got rid of my algorithms the ones more refined. Everything else I do it is just my brain.
They can't shut the internet down but they will balkanize it, and create many walled gardens. Easier to manage and create many bubbles.

Especially with viruses like influenza which replicate inside the cell nuclei?
