The pandemic treaty is pushed again and Biden's "cancer moonshot"
And a little real world conspiracy
Addendum: I don’t necessarily know if this is a issue with Substack itself or my publication, but my e-mails are ending up on your spam folder. Just a “FYI”.
For the most part, I tend to stick to mostly scientific-centered articles, trying to solve the puzzle and find ways to help people who can’t find help, but on rare occasions, I cover other subjects. This will be one of those, but to avoid multiple meaningless or rather trivial e-mails, I will attempt to tie all subjects into a unified article.
First, the biggest matter of the day, the reason I decided to postpone the Omicron notes. There will be a conspiratorial flair, entirely based on evidence until we reach the last one. Which is 100% certified hood classic conspiracy. As in “conspiring to do evil”.
It is always soothing to your soul if you like to be enraged to wake up with the world’s most corrupt health official peddling his supra-sovereign and pushing anc inhumane “treaty” on everyone else at the behest of his friends, the elites. Of course, I am talking about “Dr.” Tedros.
COVID-19 Shows Why the World Needs a Pandemic Agreement
This is the second time Tedros voices his concern, correlating the pandemic, the choices governments made, and the necessity to push for a global treaty that circumvents almost any country’s constitutional rights. But this time he authored the letter itself.
You should read the entire letter, which reads, sounds, and even smells like a PR attempt at redeeming the now heavy social and political costs that come from publicly supporting the Treaty. Thankfully governmental ineptitude, bureaucracy, and amoral self-interest common to State officials, the treaty finds itself facing hurdles as no country can agree on the terms, both inside and outside its borders.
Self-interest is what is slowly, and painfully reversing the course of the EU’s energy policies, and as such given half of the population now vehemently opposes any sanitary laws concerning the containment of any sort of infections, supporting the treaty comes with the burden of losing a lot of potential voters.
I also find it ironic that Tedros writes “The agreement is being written by countries, for countries, and will be implemented in countries in accordance with their own national laws. No country will be signing away its sovereignty to WHO. Why would it?”.
Did you (Tedros) sleep between 2020 and 2022 when your agency dictated policy at a global level, and not only cost the global economy trillions of dollars, but it settled off 2 wars, divided the world, created shortages that will impact our world for the entire decade, made the global chessboard into a mess, and cost millions of lives ? All that without a treaty in place.
And this man has the audacity of quoting Albert Camus “There have been as many plagues as wars in history, yet always plagues and wars take people equally by surprise.” Perhaps selective reading or cultish biases, two real plagues of our days impeded Tedros from further reading Camus who also said the Government by definition has no conscience, sometimes it has police but nothing more. And also said:
Every single disaster and genocide in human history started with the words “For the greater good.”. As someone who always had a very hard time accepting authority (my base behavior is quite literally opposing any authority and going out of my way to prove them wrong) I find myself sometimes driven to the extremes.
I find it important to bring the threat to attention, as many will know, my position has been for years, that we will face other large outbreaks, man-made or not (mostly man-made IMO), and many different players are vulturing around the treaty, as seeing the carcass of democracy and just bidding their time. Such as our old friends at the WEF. Trend chasers are without real power, but they can exert influence at a global level in multiple instances, which makes our lives harder. Vocal and digital opposition are the minimum required, to make it politically expensive and unsavory to support this atrocity.
Arrogantly titling this as a treaty is what set me off more than it should when it was first proposed. Centralization of power, decision-making, or any societal matter of importance only leads either to decay or, most commonly, disaster. And then we have a couple of interesting pieces of news from the US government.
Access to cancer treatment is great, necessary even, but… isn’t that a substantial uptick and quite a large projection in numbers ? It may be merely lip service to win political points, given that the entire “cancer market” has been struggling with drug shortages for months, with no end in sight, with the American Society of Clinical Oncologists pushing Congress to do something. The causes for the shortages are many, partially caused by the FDA, and partially by the significant increase in positive cancer diagnoses.
Leading to the second piece of news, that ties in with the atrocious first one. Almost a year ago I brought up the Data Brokerage problem (not the focus here) and the TikTok ban trojan hose.
Simply put, the TikTok ban was quite literally a policy trojan horse, with proposals so incredibly corrosive to American constitutional rights that a common description at the time was “The Patriot Act for the Internet”. Surfing propitious political winds, there is now another bill to ban TikTok, and unlike last time, this one is extremely close to being passed, approved, and made into law.
Social media is already in uproar given the broad definitions and broad powers parts of the bill give to the President, basically providing the legal leeway for what, once again, entails a level of the Patriot Act for the internet. This new TikTok ban bill is very closely related to the Restrict Act.
The proposed Restrict Act was DOA (Dead on Arrival) because of how bad the bill was, probably too politically hot to even contemplate openly discussing the bill, Restrict basically gave the government power to access any device you own that connects to the internet.
I will leave the legalese and other avenues of discussion to better writers, but bills like these are a global threat, given the cultural and political influence the US, directly and indirectly, exerts on other countries, and any drastic change in the American net landscape will cascade incredibly fast elsewhere. But you add the first piece of news to this one, and wouldn’t you say we have quite the combination ?
With all the moving pieces, events, and social media viral posts going on, it is hard for most people to keep track of what is going on, but it is evident there is a “war footing” going on, and countries are preparing to at least attempt to severely restrict the free flow of information. And this gives birth to a myriad of problems, not just State-sponsored. Spies thrive in chaotic times, and so does the entire Defense industry.
This next one is the actual conspiracy part, this one will be part of a bigger article in my other publication, but it is entirely interesting on its own. A Boeing whistleblower who brought to attention all the severely massive problems the company was facing with its planes, safety, engineering, etc. Well, he was “suicided”.
I expect the same to happen so some pharmaceutical people shortly lol.
I am grateful for your support. Thank you !

I am getting really tired of either absolutely worthless people (politicians) or their puppeteers (elites) trying to dictate my life. Even worse, a bunch of California cultists trying to regulate AI.
Slowly, but surely reaching a breaking point. Omicron notes coming in 2 days, don't expect a article on the vein of most of mine, those will be, quite literally, notes.
Damn I missed this, even The Lancet is shitting on the treaty https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lancet/article/PIIS0140-6736(24)00410-0/fulltext
