Our gov't. has signed on for Justin's "Universal Health Number", ie Digital ID for an oncoming Social Credit Score System. The "Trusted Traveller Initiative" is the other strand in the web and should capture those wealthy enough to be able to pay for their own surgery offshore, a very rare cohort in Canada.

Eating is important. I have chickens. I give every oligarch the big ole middle finger if they think for one second that Ill be registering my chickens or any other animals for that fact.
I'm planning on getting chickens (very small garden in rural England) but you can bet your life if they bring in regulations for registering them, accompanied by the fear porn, my neighbours would report me.
get a small coop. I am not sure how big your family is, but 4 hens is all you need. They are quiet for the most part and you can use the chicken manure for your garden.
My guess is that your neighbors like to eat too. You can either hide the fact that you have chickens or you can gift them with occasional eggs or find some like minded allies and demand that the city councils allow chickens in your neighborhood. Or move.

The fact ticks are involved is a dead giveaway that this isn't some natural evolution. Tick borne biowarfare is something the US has been doing for decades. Lyme disease and many other nasties were either purposely or accidentally leaked. They've been breeding and genetically modifying ticks to be more mobile and to carry more diseases, while also doing GoF on those diseases.

They're trying it through Land Use Bylaws. I documented the recent case in Alberta, Canada, which effectively tried to ban homesteading.
