Happy Birthday to Your Mum!!! Great to hear you got your priorities right!!!

Thank you for this insightful article! There is something so refreshingly deeply meaningful and humane about the way you tackle your insights about Covid (and pretty much everything you share with us). I can not but notice with excitement and respect that you have a rare talent, capacity and lucidity to dive deep and come up with multitude of usable truths about the topics of your research. That feels refreshing and invigorating! Why? Because it takes us on the journey of expanding our understandings of the phenomena you cover, while also empowering us with practical things (NAC, Metformin) we can use to keep ourselves safe.

Sometimes I get sick when I read substacks that have nothing but bad news in terms of how Covid will kill us all with rare cancers, amyloid, prions etc As if those people who are capable of discovering all those pathways of destruction could not/would not (or for whatever reason choose not to) share with the world what is it that can keep us safe ….as if they have never heard of Maj. Gen Chen Wei who invented an interferon spray inhibitor for SARS, took over WIV kept her 1400 stuff safe…as if US DOD through JPEO-CBRND and DARPA funding and the HHS through BARDA did not CHOOSE to suppress the availability of that interferon spray inhibitor but instead continued the mRNA Vxs without prerequisite safety data. US Academia and virologists are so corrupted on so many levels that I often wonder how much more bullshit we have to keep listening before it becomes obvious to EVERYBODY who is bullshitting who and why.

Thank you for your always thoughtful and kind words Bibi.

My main goal besides "solving the puzzle" was, and is finding ways to help people, for me to effectively help the biggest amount of people, from simple cases that require just a few supplements, to complex cases (autoimmunity, complex Long Covid ones) I need to dig deeper and understand the dynamics at play here. Sharing what I find can lead to further insights from all the people that read this Substack, which happened a few times by now.

I also gotta remember to always remind people that for every single "bad thing" I write about or cover, there is a "fix", always, in fact, most things have more than one fix, I merely cover the "fixes" that I am more intimiate with. This effectively include prions, amyloid and cancers, however valid or invalid the presented hypotheses are. You could, theoretically, even halt the aggresive progression of sCJD, the super nasty, aggresive prion disease that always comes to mind of people when they think about such diseases.

DoD, Academia and Intelligence (sprinkle some Deep state) rot are interconnected, you can talk about one without the other, it is a incestuous and abyssal parasitic cooperation.

Always keep hope in your mind, and always hold the truth that "there is always a way out", because there is.

Best regards.

"each variant having a very “unique” preference to infect and interfere with specific immune organs" - so interesting.

Thank you for an important, terrific article.

I know that one variant after another is causing T-cell fatigue.

Working my way through the silence...

P.S. How truly lucky your Mother is to have a son like you!

Another provocative piece. I await your next one.

What is the name of the favorite lime of your mom's? The one you found the day you fell and hurt your knee? I grow a delicious finger lime...quite sensational.

Here they are called Limao Galego, the closest cultural aproximation I can think off would be "Wild southern lime". Galego is a cultural aspect and a slang for people from the Rural South.

Spain or Portugal? Perhaps Brazil?

Why are they her favorite?

My finger limes are the width and a bit longer than a pinkie finger...cut them open and spill them out over grilled Alaskan or Faroe Island salmon (my personal favorite) and they pop their juice in your mouth and...well, it's delicious.

When reading through your breakdown I am awakened to the idea that some group must be cultivating these viruses to be able to share them with researchers . I am sure it’s not without profit . And some other body must be able to confirm that these variants are all as they say they are and without mutation. It may simply be taken for granted, but I suspect that these variants supplied to labs are not independently verified by the researchers and likely simply refer to the standard and supplier in their documentation. I can see a pathway for fraud to exist and a manner in which stake holders can manipulate outcomes through such means .

The greater the harm and damage of the wild virus variants , the more the shot pushers will point to infection as the reason for changes in population level harmful outcomes . So there is motivation to manipulate outcomes by any means possible .

Not that all this around variants affecting different organs differently is not true or valid , only in the context of everything that has occurred ...

If you dig through some of my older substack, in the commentary (which makes it more difficult to use the search function here), you will find that I stated, without doubt, that all the first few variants are lab leaks from research effort.

Also recent papers pointed out that commercial available Spike Protein is often contaminated with LPS (endotoxin, highly inflammatory). So yes, you are not entirely wrong here.

Good priorities. Family is supposed to be our grounding. Fundamental stuff we seem to have largely forgotten as a culture. Interesting and complex post. Spending more time with it.

Thank you for this, John Paul. So are you saying that NAC and metformin can reverse these effects on the thymus? We already take NAC supplements (as well as all the others typically recommended), but I had never heard of metformin before seeing you mention it on numerous occasions. I cannot seem to find it anywhere. Do you have a link for a good source?

No, supplements won't reverse (not that I am aware of, as of right now), but they will stop the damage and downsides described here, but you can effectively reverse it with peptides (look up my second peptides substack I talk about it). Interestingly enough, the chinese drug for Covid Azvudine is one of the best to tackle this exact issue.

It is easier and cheaper for you to get Berberine, perhaps even better, stick to berberine in this case, it is basically the same as Metformin.

Your expertise on this subject goes way beyond mine, to say the least. However, I do have a question:

When you speak about the impact of the particular variants on the body (for example, regarding inflammation), is the impact greater amongst the jabbed versus the unjabbed? Thanks. Interesting article!

The impact is greater among the jabbed than the unjabbed, but it is highly contextual, but as a simplistic rule fo thumb, the jabbed start the race way far behind everyone else.
