Amazingly inspiring, John Paul!

“After a few months and a “miraculous recovery” (I did not tell any of the morons treating me what I did to fix myself)...” <- Despite the seriousness of this highly inspirational piece, I chuckled to myself when I read this line. Haha

Thanks John for signposting Berberine and many others to me, along with your deep dives. Like you I'm now about to celebrate 12 months on Substack, a platform I needed to move to due to the limitations elsewhere and prompted by demand for info.

Meanwhile, treatments for neurological disorders are of great interest too in the current circumstances. "Nehming Names" suggested another Neurotrophic with a bank of research behind it, icariin, which I'd seen mentioned a couple of times.

A lot of people underestimate what just a little bit of will power, and just being driven can do to your life or to your body/mind.

We can become whatever we set our minds on, just takes effort and time.

If it is ok with you, I would like to chime in and offer a deep of my realizations on such a subject .

I am super innovative and just too many ideas to follow . This one I gave a bit of energy too in the hope my life would come back to it .

I have particularly interested in the qualities of Will forces . Admittedly, the mystical talks of Steiner on the subject of Will were speaking to me at the time . But basically there are different forms of Will from instinctual drive to spiritual inspiration.

I found the Will is both represented in the self as well as groups and institutions. All spiritual and professional practices tend toward some kinds of common ideas around Will. Though they may not specifically regard it as such .

After spending some time with these ideas an emergence came to

Mind of how method Will development using some common concepts . What I came up with I call School of Will. This is where I wish to one day return .

But here is how it works . Everyone has and maintains personal practice . It does not matter what it is , just that it is done regularly

Every day at the same time . There are some ideas about practices that one can practice . There is the do and the don’t practice . Any practice is carried forward for a full moon cycle ( 28 days). Practices start off easy and progress to greater challenge . The personal practice portion could be the largest segment of such a write up but I will move on

The next aspect of will is in the group . The smallest group is the triad . So a group of 3 people all with their personal practice . Here is where it gets interesting . We have the personal practice and the common group practice . So there is a regular meeting of the group that undergoes a group practice together . Then there is a common Sharing of each other’s personal practice . This is how they hold each other and cultivate the will forces . The personal practice then reflects the group practice and the others practices of the others in a common way . Then there is the manner in which the person leads their practice to the others . This relates to the kind of Will that comes from teaching others . This unit then functions like this with some independence .

Now , we introduce multiple groups each functioning in this way . And we use a heart muscle kind of organization . Where by another aspect is introduced in way of the personal practice being taught to another group . By introduction of the forth to the group of 3 ( or some such thing). Now we have the teacher and the will forces gained in that perspective to the common students and that perspective . And because the practice is moved about and shared amongst people in this way it will carry through the groups like an action potential

Does amongst heart muscle .

Well that is the basis of it . Have not even gotten a chance to find people to try it . But it felt substantial when it came to me .

Interestingly I think it may also be a way to explore economic exchange as well . So the general framework has applications .

Anyway , you can probably ask if I was high or would live some feedback . But it came out of appreciating the ways in which Will forces seem to exist and grow in the life I see .

Like as a marketing scheme it can work different then multilevel Ponzi things. Or as a homeschooling or learning pod structure. Also work for the private sharing of science ( because of cell like limitations ). I think it would be interesting to actually model it out and change some details snd see how it plays out . But the way ideas and forces can spread throughout the cluster of triad groups is somewhat neat and might be something that can be an alternative to the pyramid kind of structure we tend to work with

Thank you. Perhaps I should revisit this, rewrite, add more to it at some point in the near future. Learned many lessons since I wrote this.
