Well, I wasn’t supposed to write anything today, but good news must be shared, especially when I and others are proved right. For the longest time, I have been advocating Serrapeptase and consequentially after a few weeks of research Nattokinase as prevention and treatment for any after-effects of a Covid infection. Mainly and mostly clots and avoiding the deposition of proteins inside your body (amyloid).
They also have potent anti-inflammatory properties among many other health benefits, in fact, I got my idea of extreme high dosing Serra from a tweet lady that controlled her autoimmune disease with an insanely high (1 million IU) dosage.
I need to rewrite the one specifically aimed at the Spike, so in case you read it, bear in mind I made it in a rush because many people were desperate at the time. On to the good news.
Degradative Effect of Nattokinase on Spike Protein of SARS-CoV-2
Abstract
The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), emerged as a pandemic and has inflicted enormous damage on the lives of the people and economy of many countries worldwide. However, therapeutic agents against SARS-CoV-2 remain unclear. SARS-CoV-2 has a spike protein (S protein), and cleavage of the S protein is essential for viral entry. Nattokinase is produced by Bacillus subtilis var. natto and is beneficial to human health. In this study, we examined the effect of nattokinase on the S protein of SARS-CoV-2. When cell lysates transfected with S protein were incubated with nattokinase, the S protein was degraded in a dose- and time-dependent manner. Immunofluorescence analysis showed that S protein on the cell surface was degraded when nattokinase was added to the culture medium. Thus, our findings suggest that nattokinase exhibits potential for the inhibition of SARS-CoV-2 infection via S protein degradation.
Nattokinase inactivates plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 and increases fibrinolysis [8]. It also decreases the plasma levels of fibrinogen, factor VII, cytokines, and factor VIII [9]. Nattokinase has the highest clot-dissolving potency among naturally known anticoagulants [10]. A clinical trial demonstrated that oral consumption of nattokinase was not associated with any adverse effects [11]. Thus, nattokinase is now considered an efficient, secure, and economical enzyme that has drawn central attention in thrombolytic drug studies [12,13]. In addition, nattokinase is used in the treatment of some tumors [14,15].
A recent study revealed that natto extract inhibits bovine herpesvirus 1 (BHV-1) and SARS-CoV-2 infection [16]. These results indicate that natto extract protease might be effective against SARS-CoV-2 infection. In this study, we aimed to investigate whether the inhibition of SARS-CoV-2 infection by natto extract is caused by nattokinase derived from B. subtilis var. natto.
In this study, we showed that the protease activity of nattokinase contributes to the degradation of S protein. Nattokinase has a degrading effect on not only S proteins but also ACE2 in host cells. The protease specificity of nattokinase would be low, because GAPDH, a housekeeping protein, was also degraded simultaneously in the in-vitro evaluation of nattokinase mixed with cell lysate (Supplemental Figure; Figure S2). On the other hand, when added to cells, it does not show any effect on cell viability and is expected to act as a protective agent on the cell surface. Further analysis of the degradation products of nattokinase using mass spectrometry is needed for understanding the proteolysis effects.
Nattokinase possesses the potent degradation activity for SARS-CoV-2 S protein and has also been shown to exert anti-atherosclerotic, lipid-lowering, antihypertensive, antithrombotic, fibrinolytic, neuroprotective, antiplatelet, and anticoagulant effects [20]. Patients with hypertension and cardiovascular comorbidities can easily get very sick from COVID-19 [21]. Due to the emergence of numerous variants of SARS-CoV-2 including strains with mutated vaccine target epitopes, vaccination alone may not completely protect against SARS-CoV-2 infection. Nattokinase and natto extracts have the potential to be developed as a new generation of drug for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.
It isn’t a hard paper to understand, given the “protein dissolving” properties of Nattokinase, and the fact it is one of the most powerful clot “bursting” compounds known to science, the authors decided to find how Natto could inhibit SARS-CoV-2 infection.
Natto did that by literally dissolving (degrading) the Spike Protein in a dose and time-dependent manner, meaning in a human you will probably need some adaptation and creative thinking or new drug development. So here are my own experiences with Serra and Natto, and why this is good news.
First and foremost, a big argument, especially among Alt-Covid (which many are grifters) was the Spike Protein has an unparalleled capacity to stay permanently inside the body, and you can add here a bunch of nonsensical, hysterical “THE SPIKE DOES THIS”. I and others had argued for over a year that there was a massive potential from a biochemical perspective that Proteolytic enzymes degrade not only amyloid but the Spike Protein itself.
Which is a half mark of many after-effects of post-Covid infection, and Long Covid. We now know it does, but from my own experience, this is related to caveats.
You need to find both Natto and Serra with enteric coating, this guarantees the enzymes will not be broken down before they should.
In my own experience with inflammation and after-effects of Delta, the improvement comes from high doses. I slowly built up using Serrapeptase. 120.000, 180.000, 250.000 and decided to YOLO at 750.000 IU every other day, the improvements were MASSIVE.
The combo of Natto+Serra is even more powerful, and some will do better on a medium dosage of both, than a high dosage of a single one.
Now here is the kicker. You can also achieve somewhat similar results by fasting and adding a low carbohydrate diet. Some people, especially those with Long Covid, or persistent effects following infection and vaccination will need a short-term course of these enzymes.
In fact, and I am repeating myself, I have been advising most vaccinated people to take one of these enzymes, or both (in certain parts of the world, they are hard to come by, and the EU basically made them illegal recently by heavily restricting it).
Now we have the very start of a mechanistic understanding of how to get rid of the Spike Protein inside a sizable portion of the world population. And my stack remains the same, after so much time… maybe I know something, maybe not.
As a late addendum to this topic, there is one compound that has better clot bursting capacity than anything on the planet. diNAC. Literally, NAC that passed its due date, don’t throw it away if there are no black spots, it is the best anti-clotting agent known to science so far =).
Massive appreciation to all supporters here and on Kofi !!!
Nattokinase degrades the Spike Protein
Thank you! I read your tweet last year or earlier this year and am very grateful 🙏🏼
Im unjabbed and recently tested positive Monday 29th actually, was quite ill but started taking NAC Quercetin, C,D,Zinc, K plus some herbal tinctures. Had forgotten about the Serra, seriously, I took one dose 120k on Thursday and I felt better the next morning! I’ve been taking all of the above plus 240k Serra and I’m good as of today, so not even a week. Not 100% but I’d say 95% rid of this virus. Serra made the difference I think. Especially with mucous. Enerex brand has a delayed release (DR) capsule
Thank you again for all you do!!❤️
Thanks!!
These look good.
