I work with clients with all manner of health issues and for the greater majority gene treatment is in the mix but getting them to see the link is difficult. Their heads don’t quite compute. I have yet to work with an overtly damaged client although I might have 2 soon. Have seen plenty with Covid or Covid like illness. Work melatonin, NAC etc in to many programs. Will read through all the references, it’s the references that make this pure gold. All the articles of yours really stimulate the mind. I think at this point in basically an information war it’s important to thank those speaking out and sharing their research, these are weapons against the medical fascism we are fighting. Or the medical fascism that’s disguising the economic collapse whichever way you look at it.

Thanks for the kind words. And even in the head of most doctors, some of this does not compute, a lot of doctors can't accept that any substance can have a therapeutic effect if you reach enough levels of it.

I am not afraid for the future of medicine or science (they pretty much killed public trust on those), but research itself. Feels like we will need to build non centralized, privately funded (by crypto preferably) institutions of our own if things keep going this way.

I’ve only read the first section or so but I need to say thank you so much for this article, it’s a beast and a treasure trove of research.

You need to read the other posts Reverse AIDS, Case for Marek, otherwise it feels very out of place. I tried to simplify, but as it is, it can help many people already. Hopefully it does.

I’ve got them to read thanks. Reverse AIDS is an excellent descriptor.

This is the real deal. This stack brought my absolute lymphocytes from 750 (AIDS level) to 2300 in less than two weeks.

Thank you, sincerely, for the incredible work you're doing.

John, any issues with being on TRT? Also my Dr prescribed low dose Naltrexone to try and help combat symptoms.

If you are a male, no issues at all if you need it, and is over 30 (most man over 30 should be on some level of TRT). If you are female, that might impact a lot of things.

Naltrexone can help, what are your particular symptoms ?

this article is pure gold! the very best compact "how to" resource I've read so far. I know 80% of the content since about summer last year, when I started "biohacking" with supplements, mostly from a prevention perspective. What's written in regards to apoptosis fits quite well with the Dave Sinclair perspective for stoping or reversing cellular aging.

Fasting is truly essential and a much underappreciated part to strengthen bodily defense. I found it very easy to do, once I dropped all the inflammatory carbs and started with 16 hours intermittent fasting. I do 24 to 48h sometimes unintended when I don't feel the need to eat. But also I don't take it religiously and brake the fasting from time to time with way to much carbs to increase metabolic flexibility. I also do "dirty fasting" half of the time with bulletproof coffee and such, since it doesn't throw me out of ketosis - the part that matters.

A healthy microbiome is key to recovery and to prevent virus driven disease in the first place. Unfortunately in some countries like the US, most people have an extremely poor gut health due to poor diet and environmental poisons like Monsanto RoundUp (glyphosate) accumulating in food.

Keeping away from proinflammatory carbs, processed food, especially high fructose corn syrup and highly processed vegetable seed oils helps a lot.

Wow John, what a great substack....super. Did you ever hear of Ouabain ? Please read more on this 100 year old remedy against myocarditis (it was the default prescription for heart issues in Germany until 1974....something irritated Big Pharma back then....). https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fphys.2017.00895/full

"I personally used Serratiopeptidase (serapeptase), and by chance saw a comment of some lady with autoimmune disease that basically recover a functional life by taking massive doses.

I took massive doses every other day for 2 months, and many of my followers did the same to varying degrees, and every single one had an increase in benefit and gain."

Do you remember where the story of the lady with the autoimmune disease was located? I would love to read her account or know more about what you did in your 2 month regime.

Thank you for all your great article!

Sorry, I tried to find it, but it was truly random, I wasn't even searching for anything related to it, saw a random comment, clicked and there it was this lady telling her story.

If serves for anything, her dose was massive. Mine was 250, than 500.000, every other day.

She took 1.5 MILLION, daily o_o

"If you or anyone has psychological issues like anxiety, depression, and others, they should just supplement Tryptophan."

How much Trptophan do you recomment in such cases?

I always recommend starting low and increasing as the person see fit. Start with whatever minimal dose it is available in your country (500 mg is pretty safe as initial dosage).

I would HIGHLY recommend you to add melatonin together with tryptophan, and NAC+Glycine, they will all help with psychological issues. Been there, they were really helpful to me and many others too. Best regards.

Some ppl have steppe genetics with higher required needs of calcium as have lower absorption than rest of humanity. Would that blocking calcium not amplify requirements?

I want my mTor activated when I need it.

how else will my muscle grow? Heavy lifting, mTor activated, leucine blocks catabolism orders grow, big protein meal with taurine in max 1-2h after and second 3h later to push construction farther. While sleeping organs happy with material in muscle for regeneration.

Thiamine is in Hubermans stack for perfecting sleep, with glycine e.c.

isn't vitamin C in big doses toxic or bad for kidney? I guess body craves it in sickness but carnivores do well with much less without supplementation so it begs a question how relevant it really is and what else can do the job as well.

I don't want kidney stones. And there are lots of ppl on edge of serious troubles...

BTW you seem not mentioning oxalates ever. They create crystal structures but also store all kinds of hibernated microbes.

Plant detox, if oxalate dumping is survived, should make body totally more resilient.

this brings a question. If more oxalates is more hiding/storing place for viruses and microbs is it possible that these can get easier treated in plant crazies as virus goes into slumber without fear and waits coming back in moment of body weakness let's say next flu season maybe in company of new met friends...

while makes the recovery in nonplant eaters (without oxalate stores) more.. challenging but by getting rid of all of it at once effective.

This ---> "This one is more symptom based than a stay in the stack. There is a hypothesis (it’s more of a theory, but let us just say it’s just a hypothesis) of nutrient storage and availability inside each person, after a accident, infection, stress, genes are activated, and resources used."

Could you write more about this hypothesis/theory or point me in a direction where I could find more information on it?

I did not accept "the gift" but went through a physical/emotional trauma last year that led to a cascade of symptoms that line up in many ways with the gift injuries. I have come to the same conclusion in my year long search for healing, finding that targeted supplementation has been of some benefit. Imagine to find the theory written down somewhere else in the world!

Thank you for all your time and work you share with that world, myself a small part of it. God bless.
