Wow! Great Christmas present. We can all boost our Butyrate by taking bifido intake. This unique anaerobe makes butyrate in our guts, which reduces HMGB1, which is a dangerous inflammatory proteins. So give yourself a Christmas present getting plenty of bifido by eating starch, oats, oatmeal, pasta, roast potatoes, which bifido love.

Merry Christmas and may there be moments filled with peace and joy in the midst of “life”.

Thank you for all you do and share so kindly. I’m the first to admit some is beyond my current knowledge but I pick up enough to help forward my learning.

Any advice on where to begin with a keto lite diet that won't require tons of work?

Cutting the carbohydrate consumption by a considerable margin (150 grams per day than 100 grams), and eating more animal protein.

It is not "strictly keto" but it does have many of the effects, you can supplement with ketones such as BHB to help your metabolism go deeper into ketosis.

Thank you - inquiring minds know the truth behind Dec 25 . Also just reading literally 20 min ago about prolonged survival in glioblastoma patients on ketogenic diets (another person we know “died suddenly” yesterday from aggressive cancer)
