I really don't think pathogenic viruses decided to jump ship from their hosts all of a sudden. We have to look at other factors.

We see flocks of birds falling out of the sky. I really don't want to hear bird flu. Nonsense.

Everything plays a role, that is the simplistic truth, the more complex truth would be SARS-CoV-2 systemic effects that most of the science is avoiding or prohibiting people to look into.

You mean 5G?

I'm still uncertain about that one. Is it all conspiracy theory or is this all really serious? Can't make up my mind. Good arguments on both sides there.

I think it's more than 5G. I think it's the blanketing of the world in BOTH 4G and 5G. Where birds are falling out of the sky, there seem to be several new installations.

Thank you Karen. I try, at least so some people are aware of the bigger picture, and not overly focused on just one or two details.

Another RNA virus. Covid is a Pandora’s box. It’s no coincidence that all of a sudden many viruses are taking off or making a come back. So far we have Monkey pox, polio, Japanese encephalitis, “nose bleed” virus, hand foot & mouth now this. Have you seen Harvard to the big house substack ? He also made the link early, called Covid las acting like a swarm ( but suggested that Covid is a LAV) . Science has had its head up its arse, you can’t fix something unless you understand how it began. A number of people saw this coming. If this new virus isn’t contained it’s going to be catastrophic. We have Hendra ion Aus it never really goes far, but it’s always dealt with like lighting because it basically kills who ever it gets.

See my new e-mail. Also yes, I referred to SARS-CoV-2 as Pandora's Box in early 2020. I am aware of his ideas, but I there is no credibility towards Covid being a LAV. About the swarm, that is a concept many poorly understand that is the viral quasispecies, a literal viral swarm. It is a very good topic to delve into.

Also, I am afraid given the current dynamics (vaccine, virus, etc) we will be facing more and more zootonic jumps, I think zoonosis always happened, but our immune system could keep at bay and we had very mild cases of one or two people sick, here and there. Now ?

Well, now we see what happens when you massive shift the entire immune system of billions of people, at the same time.

By golly.....looks like things are heating up. You have piqued my interest as Covid is getting boring....my short attention span...but thanks for this. Its fascinating and it makes perfect sense.

You are welcome, I think you will be highly entertained as things start going down into this direction.

Covid will only get your entertained if you keep looking into the complexity of its molecular mechanisms, otherwise I agree, it gets pretty boring. That is why I don't cover the other topics, I find it so boring I want to jam a pencil onto myself.

Looks like they're giving "We have no idea what's killing everyone" a clinical name

I didn't, I covered it a couple of times, I don't recall if I covered that exactly outbreak though, I need to start creating an actual system to keep track of everything. Thank you.

Thanks, I've been slacking on taking my daily vitamins and this motivates me to take them every day again. ❤️

You shouldn't, not with the vitamins, other supplements are ok to take on and off, vitamins should be taken daily because of how they are absorbed and all.

As a fit enough 40's guy who intermittent fasts 16/8 can i take my vits every 2nd day? I actually only take them twice a week to save on costs.

I was thinking the same thing, thanks for sharing what you do. I tend toeards inertia with what I put in my body, I'm happy eating the same things everyday and forget to mix things up. That's great that you intermittent fast. I do that too, 15/9 most days. Good for health, and to manage my postmenopausal weight. Take good care.

Good for you. I dont notice any effect when I take vitamins, except at night I do feel a little drowsy with the melatonin/magnesium/tryptophan.

15/9 is easy to maintain isnt it? .just skip breakfast etc. and drink black coffee. If theres no nice food in the fridge Ill power on till dinner makin it a 24 fast cos the good effects only really kick in after 16 hrs fast. If I do a 24hr Ill drink saltwater, it fills you up different.

Vitamins will only have a perceptible effect if you take them (each separately) at a therapeutic level, meaning lots of it.

Melatonin is a hormone so it can kick in pretty fast depending the dosage.

Good fasting regiment overall.

Yes I find it very easy to maintain too! Maybe I'll try to stretch it out to 16 and beyond to get the benefits you speak of. I haven't been able to do a longer fast in a long time due to hx of adrenal fatigue. I have needed food to maintain energy otherwise I crash in a bad way. I also have an adult onset muscular dystrophy, not bad now, no one would be able to tell by looking at me, but my muscles do get very tight and achy if I don't regularly take calcium and magnesium, which helps my muscle fibers relax. I can relate to the salt too, I take some everyday if I'm not putting it on my food to maintain my blood pressure which tends to be low. Interesting how that vital nutrient affects you, fills you up in a different way.
