SARS-CoV-2 - CD8 cells, recombination and diabetes
I am going off the rails on this glucose train.
The saga of recombination continues.
Identification of a Novel SARS-CoV-2 Delta-Omicron Recombinant Virus in the United States
This paper belongs to the Recombination post, I share this for the purpose of awareness that this is, in fact, happening, and like the other paper, the authors went to length to exclude every other possible explanation. I find it intriguing it is localized, and the recombinant doesn’t spread as Delta or Omicron.
Would be interesting to know the clinical outcomes of the people harboring the recombinant Spike. The future holds fascinating discoveries both in coronavirus, and cell biology. If we tried to quantify, how many years this pandemic advanced cell biology technology ? Probably a decade already.
My second point sharing such papers, is how the recombination will fare inside the vaccinated who can’t amount a neutralizing response, suffers from reinfections all the time.
Paper below here.
If you go back into my Substack posts, or Twitter, you will find one of my biggest early interests in Medicine is metabolism. When the pandemic gained ground in March 2020, I started looking deep into SARS-CoV (I call it Elder SARS, for the cool effect), and saw it was marginally linked with diabetes. It didn’t take long for evidence of the same, at scale, with its newer, enhanced version.
SARS-CoV-2 can set off both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. Type 1 from different mechanisms, Type 2 is easier. Usually Pancreatic Beta Cell damage, or often glucose dysregulation (guess what helps with the regulation of the same ? Mitochondrial function…).
I got too many comments and messages, so here, either adopt a low carbohydrate diet, carnivore (damn, you are rich !), or do Fasting/IF. Last infection my glucose went crazy, was kinda fun to observe. But not to feel the massive muscle pain.
Best, for last.
In silico analysis predicts a limited impact of SARS-CoV-2 variants on CD8 T cell recognition
In Silico means “computer”, frequently modeling by algorithms, or developing a whole system by itself (sometimes these systems bought by companies or universities, and they make money out of it). Some of these I don’t like, for multiple reasons, this one I do, it is a good one.
And bad news for the vaccinated. If you want to make further sense of my arguments here, you need to refer to the Reverse AIDS hypothesis, and all the posts linked there. In a way, all my virus posts belong to an encompassing hypothesis, and build upon themselves. We are all about complexity here.
Epitope are parts of foreign proteins (virus, bacteria, fungi), they are parts of the antigen, parts of foreign proteins that your body picks up, the immune system recognize, and they start a immune reaction.
Here authors find, via “modeling” that all variants mutations do NOT affect CD8 T cell recognition, that means, once your body produces said cells, the virus can’t escape it. In a very crude way, the immune system is a very complex game of Tetris, where sometimes the pieces can vanish and steal the points.
In this abstract, they both state the obvious, antibodies are putting selective pressure in the spike protein. And the red part, is curious. Refer to my first part of the Reverse AIDS, and Reverse Marek ones too to understand how this is a LIE.
Antigenic Drift are mutations in the region of virus, bacteria, fungi, making it easier for the invader to avoid detection, and your immune response. It doesn’t cross their mind the vaccines are the ones causing the amino acid changes, once again, I have already covered this, and yes, it is the damn vaccines.
The highlighted part is for curiosity’s sake, that rate of change is insane, fueled by ?… you guessed it.
Is Antigenic drift driving only in acute viral infections ? Or also in non-neutralizing, crappy vaccine elicited immune responses ? (It is the later).
If you read the posts I referred before (Reverse AIDS, and Marek) you know this fits “the theme”. The vaccinated DO NOT elicit a satisfactory (or even real) CD* response to the spike protein, or the virus, and their immune systems are incapable of “learning” the other parts of the virus, specially the N (necessary to clear the viral infection).
A do now we have more evidence, among the numerous ones before, on how, and why the vaccinated keep getting reinfected. It is not solely because of this, but it is a huge part.
Authors conclude that what you would expect, that T cells response, specially CD8 will remain consistent, and based on their modeling, there won’t be substantial antigenic drift, the virus won’t be able to evade this specific immune response, which is arguably the most important one.
The highlights are for curiosity’s sake. Omicron is more immunogenic than the other variants, not less, even though it has dozens of amino acids changes, most in the spike. That means Omicron literally elicited a stronger immune response than the other variants, which is great, means you get a broader immune memory of the virus, and is better protect.
If only we didn’t vaccinated 2 billion people, this shit show could have ended by now. Not in the interests of the elites, and governments alike. Another virus post coming tomorrow or the day after.
Now I go for a long walk, you should too. Go relax after reading this post.
I have put up a poll on Twitter, and would like you to vote. Also, yes, I do indeed hate telling people what to think, one of the main reasons my posts are “harder” to digest, I also want to make people think for themselves, and reach their own conclusions.

Thank you for this amazing resource!
Two questions Sir: how do you separate the signal of how dangerous Covid-19 the disease is long term vs the vaccine when so many people who have gotten the disease have ALSO gotten vaccinated? I'm assuming most studies don't control for that?
Second question: Is this immune impairment permanent? If I get a bad case (or any case?) of Covid-19 do I need to be supplementing turkey tail and NAC forever?
Anyways, thank you so much for what you do. Like monks keeping literacy alive during the dark ages people like you keep science (actual science) alive in little corners of the internet like this. God Bless.
Very low fat diets also fix glucose dysregulation. For example, https://www.amazon.com/10-Solution-Healthy-Life-Eliminate/dp/0517883015/
