Anecdotally, four of two hundred can be trusted around here. It may be higher than that, but I have not discovered the fifth. I actually noticed this week, for the first time (it may not be new) a patient with an acute clinical problem of "vaccine hesitancy." I read problem lists a lot, because the average moron MD considers us magical black boxes, and it saves me time and sometimes my ass. There are ICD-10 codes for vaccine refusal prefixed with Z28.XX, but I can't tell yet when this code came to be. The fact checkers claim 2015, but I do not believe that. Nobody cared about that 2015. The healthcare bureaucrats cared more about being struck by a turtle -- W59.22.
Just in: BA.5 is fast becoming the dominant variant. The vaccinated are virtually defenceless.
