First, I have changed my @ both here and in Twitter. Apparently I won’t break any links doing this only one time. I feel the new name is in line with this Substack, World Edge is from another time, another endeavor.
In the last few days, two new variants of (possible) concerns were published, both derived from Omicron, being BA. 4, and BA. 5. BA.4 and BA.5 share a similar spike profile as BA.2, except for additional mutations: 69-70del, L452R, F486V. Reversion to wild type: Q493 (Q493R in BA.1, BA.2, and BA.3).
BA.4 and BA.5 differ from each other by 3 amino acid mutations outside Spike. BA.4 additional mutations: ORF7b:L11F, N:P151S. BA.5 additional mutations: M:D3N. In both BA.4 and BA.5, reversions to wild type at nsp4:L438 and ORF6:D61.
If any subsequent Omicron variant acquires this mutation, it will be rather bad, specially among the vaccinated, if it acquires other mutations and more immune evasion and antibody resistance, for acquired immunity too. High glycolysis enables it fast, well, everything.
From here.
What does that mean in actual, real terms ? We… don’t know, expect that mutation will make Omicron rather nastier, even if it is “mild”. Remember, I disagree that Omicron is completely mild, it just doesn’t kill your lungs, it is still SARS, will comment about other changes in a few paragraphs below this one.
One thing is for sure, it will increase the burden of dead cells, syncytia too, and especially, and my concern, glycolysis. Each of these aspects helps both short-term high grade, and long-term low-grade inflammation formation, and sustaining the same. If you want to understand why the glycolysis part is such a focus of mine. One of my mitochondria posts.
Higher glycolytic ability ensures this will spread faster, and set off whatever subclinical pathology the other Omicron variants inflicted in some people. One guaranteed effect will be. Neurological effects, and fatigue. Mark these words down somewhere, fatigue will be overrepresented if/when these variants take off.
Otherwise, no further assessment and no reason for panic is warranted, researchers need to test this, and Substack and Twitter have people who analyze the data from hospitals. We will probably no more in 4-6 weeks by hospital data or research.
But of course, the HIH (High-Income Hypochondriacs), the users who push, and nudge part of society towards accepting, and wanting more interventions of all sorts, are already pushing “updated jabs”, and while I hate telling people what to think, let alone do, I feel this should be an exception.
Preemptively attacking the attempt to nudge society into accepting useless vaccines. Because there will never be an Omicron vaccine.
The authors of the paper tested a vaccine using the S1 part of the Spike protein from Omicron, and it is self-evident by the text, that it didn’t work that week for (artificial) immunity. The details of CD cells and Interferon-gamma were covered in my Reverse series (both AIDS and Marek). Omicron has, quite literally, the reverse immune response when you are infected than WT, and all other variants (WT means Wild Type), the CD8 cells should be your tell, since all Spike based vaccines have a dominant CD4 immune response.
The inefficient humoral response from Omicron S1, is poor, and even if they use S2, full-length Spike, it won’t change, because almost every “nasty” part of the Wuhan original Spike Protein was changed, or severely attenuated, especially the Staphylococcus Toxix B peptides, one of the main drivers of a portion of severe outcomes, and one of the reasons of such “strong” immune response from the vaccines (at a heft cost…).
And since Omicron spike lack such “adjuvant”, these guys propose using tetanus toxin in billions of people. The second most powerful neurotoxin on the entire planet. What could go wrong? Well, they did inject people with SEB, let us see what happens if we inject people with tetanus…
Further evidence, still, but for the old vaccines.
High rate of BA.1, BA.1.1 and BA.2 infection in triple vaccinated
We report high incidence of omicron infections despite recent booster vaccination in triple vaccinated individuals. Vaccine-induced antibody titres seem to play a limited role in risk of omicron infection. High viral load and secretion of live virus for up to nine days may increase transmission in a triple vaccinated population\
I have covered a lot of how useless the vaccines are, but these should be enough, for now. The entire hypothesis (Reverse Marek) will be quite poignant in the next 12 months, but this post should elucidate whatever doubts you have.

Pasting an old link in twatter does transfer to same status/XXXXXX number and new account name - even for locked-out me.
I suppose it does make it less intuitive to search thru archived copies-for dilettantes. Who would check for old previous account *DG.
Viruses now least of worries, for un-injected only - think money & logistics.
I don't know how to buy physical gold. But I can buy other tradable stuff.
I question the 'ON THE VERGE OF" part - it's done.

“The government is inflating the largest bubble that has ever been inflated,” Mikhailovich says. “This is unsustainable.”
It’s possible that we are on the verge of a profound loss of confidence in government, or in its money. Also far from certain, but quite possible.
Look at Canada, Mikhailovich says. “There was civil disobedience. Rather than remove the trucks, the government responded by freezing people’s bank accounts. Not three weeks later the U.S. government deployed similar measures against a rival nuclear superpower.”
recent evidence suggests that SARS-CoV-2 infection also inhibits mitochondrial bioenergetics, and that mitochondrial inhibition can activate of the inflammasome. Thus, in infected individuals, mitochondrial inhibition may not only contribute to excessive cytokine production but may be particularly impactful for the heart and brain, since these organs are highly reliant on mitochondrial energy production
