Whenever I take a job outside Substack, I saved the money to buy a new monitor. Took me months, I did it, and the monitor makes me physically sick... LOL. Sending it back, and the technical difficulties comes from that.

Hope everyone has been well.

Awww. That sucks! I'm really sorry that the monitor didn't work out.

Tell your mom, "Happy Birthday!", from me. It's a happy birthday to a Capricorn, from an Aquarius.

My birthday is on Sunday.

That sucks about the monitor and I'm curious if you're interested in sharing if it's a chemical or visual thing? I have a lot of trouble with new products that off-gas and it's been increasing over the years.

I have no idea why. It most certainly must be related to brain-eye (therefore nervous system related). Perhaps the brightness ? The size ? Or maybe the higher frequency.

As I type this in the monitor, I am already starting to get dizzy... lol.

Could you share what monitor it was?

I use a Samsung Neo G9, normally at 120Hz with HDR. I make sure I use NightLight set to on, otherwise the blue light screw up my sleep.

I used to have a pair of non IPS monitors (from Samsung) which i found to be terrible, they lasted a few months only

Samsung QN90C 43 inches. I know what you are thinking "That is expensive" yeah but not here lol, here it is among the cheaper options at higher end. I had a good cupom and Cashback too 🤓 😎

In Brazil we sorely lack monitor options, they are overly expensive and deliver very little. Unlike the US where people have a bazillion options. Cries in lack of options 😭

kind of random comment here but you probably have plenty of folks who would help you get one in the US and then mail it to you?

Expand full comment
Moriarty's avatar

I decided to keep it. And believed or not it is cheaper to buy it here than importing.

The price alone is already higher, than you add the inevitable 100%. Less options but better price. Event though for our country it is expensive (the fact that took me months of side gigs to save the money should be enough to show you that 😆).

Comparison. Here it costs 500 USD (this is a lot of money here). In the US 1100 minimum 😳

I am sending it back. It ain't as fast as in the US they take their sweet time with returns.

I will wait however how long until I find a decent monitor here at a decent price. 😭 Back to my old trusty IPS ultrawide one.

Happy Birthday to your mom!!

Having seen many patients die from sepsis, mostly bacterial. Group A strep being the worst. It is a horrible outcome. Viral sepsis is not common and fungal sepsis is very weird. It is a slow grumbling sepsis in most cases (makes you think you're getting somewhere but then there's a turn for the worse). Fast killing fungus is mucormycosis or fungus in the brain. Horrible.

I am a big fan of liposomal C to treat sepsis and infections. Take lots and take it early. Plus thiamine and I'm sure JP can add a few other things. Maybe olive leaf. I am a sitting duck for sepsis since I have autoimmune neutropenia and my neutrophils are always low.

The mycotoxins act very different in the body than bacterial toxins, so there is a complete different threshold to set off "fungal sepsis" unlike bacterial sepsis. In simplistic terms, bacterial or viral sepsis is merely your body attacking your tissues system-wide. Fungi basically... well, no other way to say it, eat you alive.

The reason I keep bringing sepsis back is because current models lacking in tracking sepsis, a lot of people are surviving sepsis without major damage to their organs or body. A lot of molecular damage to their immune systems, inducing immune paralysis, and other post-septic sequalae.

I kept postponing but didn't forget to write it, but if you look into Endotoxic Tolerance deep enough, and you fully understand the mRNA effects in the body, they look pretty much the same.

Thyme/Rosemary come to mind...use pure oils with caution, never use undiluted or on skin until you research, but very useful against fungis. Also Baking soda, Cinnamon, Cloves... Many non-pharma antifungals. Scroll this link for a few good charts https://www.intechopen.com/chapters/70638

recently i treated some fungal skin infections (mild ones and slightly severe ones with a combination of coconut oil "also MCT oil works ,which in my opinion is better" then added tea tree and oregano essential oils , 20 drops of coconut oil plus 3-4 drops of other oils... mild ones got well by an week or so, but still i continued half dose for some time, worse one is still being treated but the infection site is now smaller and new skin is growing,.. also for some days i had used lugols iodine 5%, that too helped, but later i found the other combination worked better (this lugols iodine was used only for the slightly severe fungal infection)...plus,orally i gave now foods oil of oregano(55% carvacrol ), this combination works great , also black seed oil was used ...as for vitamins, d3-k2,ascorbic acid, zinc etc was used....

Sure , if that helps even one more person in anyway that would be great !

Just to add in both cases I had also given cod liver oil ( mainly milder case ) and high dose omega 3 ( for the slightly severe one ) and D alpha tocopherol ( natural ) too.... also both of them took BSO daily and slightly severe case person some days I did have olive leaf extract too (500mg ) along with other vitamins mentioned earlier ...but of course the topical application of essential oils was/ is the key .. kindly note MCT oil is excellent for many skin issues ..but as carrier oil my main preference was cold pressed coconut oil as it’s cheaper .. Also if it matters none of them are vaxed ... Thank you JP for keeping us informed all the time :)

this is an excellent time for everyone who is on forever drugs, to find natural products to help them. Not only might they find a cheaper and less harmful product, they might actually find a cure! Reading up on supplements, I just started methylene blue. Hopefully everyone can find a natural doctor, or at least one who knows about more natural cures!

Amid other causes of the drug shortage was the plandemic response.

Many of the starting materials (chemicals) used in pharmaceutical manufacture are sourced in China or India. The lockdowns and transport disruptions from 2020 to 2023 enhanced the effect.

Happy birthday to your mother and I hope you managed to visit.

Yes it is something I wrote as the years go by, but now China and India (biggest API manufacturers in the planet) are facing multiple hurdles, energy-wise, sourcing-wise, but oddly enough, somehow a non-mRNA vaccinated country is facing weird lack of workers.

Demand ain't going down anytime soon if thing keep as they are. Which they most likely won't. I built a small stash of drugs in 2022, and 2023, doesn't take much if you buy something every month in small quantities.

Great post as usual, thank you! And happy birthday Mom!

Just had a friend hospitalised for appendicitis (removed) and other strange inflammatory symptoms (mRNA, yes many). I know you mentioned appendicitis in past months as a symptom of a more generalised problem but cant remember which post, one of the Endotoxin posts perhaps? . I wanted to go back and read what you wrote on this subject again.

Moriarty's avatar

I do not recall where exactly I made the comment, but it would probably be in one of the articles related to endotoxins, LPS, yeah. I have seen hundreds if not thousands of appendicitis in unvaccinated too FYI, Covid related.

I never dove deep into appendicitis itself though, and endotoxins are just one of the variables at play there (dysbiosis would play a major and bigger role is my guesstimate).

Happy Birthday to your mom! Enjoy her. So many of my friends are missing theirs. My mom will turn 95 on July 4th! (Still drives, dominates bingo, bridge and other card games, sharp as a tack.)

All of these diseases reminds me of a time when I was wringing my hands and worrying over some coming health danger with my nurse practitioner best friend. She simply replied, “Donna, we’ve all got to die from something.” (I am a bit picky as to how I want to go, though.) More than ever we all need Jesus. Today is the day of salvation! 2 Corinthians 6:2

Thanks for the update and the reminder to stock some medicines!

I find it hard to believe we arent headed for wider global war. In fact I think we are at that stage but it looks different to previous wars. I mean, the french kicked out of Niger, the US kicked out of Iraq nearly and sending carriers home. US using Pakistan as a proxy for Iran now it looks like. Each day theres a new flashpoint. It feels like global war but subdued and not publicised. I guess you mean full on ww3 type global war. Lets hope youre right!

Side topic: I came across a guy called 'Patrick Ryan'. His talk was intriguing(about blackmail inflation) so I looked him up but couldnt find much at all as though he disappeared/went dark. But then I found one thread that makes me think he is 'TyrantsMuse' on twitter. He talks about Genocidal Organ the movie/AI/Syntax'Trends just like you do! I think he was active on 8chan etc years ago aswell. Made me think of you. Do you know him? Is he worth checking out more?

Ive only really listened to the blackmail inflation but it was kick ass. JP has taught me to be skeptical/discerning. So i question Ryan's motives. He is young handsome with a verbal gait thats hypnotic. Perhaps he is pushing a narrative on me.after all intelligent people arr the easiest to propagandise.

Maybe JP is actually Pattick Ryan. Or maybe JP and Ryan are longplay sleeper assets in a comms war. Or maybe theyre just genuine deluded idealist whitehats. Or whitehats that are not deluded and are bang on the money. Im open yo all possibilities. Cant wait to listen to the rest of these podcasts.

In terms of "having medicines on hand just in case" I've been trying to track down an ideal antibiotic to have on hand for emergencies. I was thinking azithromycin as it's useful against various forms of pneumonia (particularly COVID-induced), upper respiratory infections, and infections of the gut.

I try to avoid antibiotics but there are cases where nothing else will do. Any other recommendations?

Saw this on twitter yesterday. OP is HCW in NJ. Affects the vaxxed/unvaxxed; mostly 50+ yr old. Some say it's H7N9 (bird flu)? Would appreciate your thoughts 🙏

"Another patient rushed to the hospital pulled a ton of fluid out around lungs and heart. 70 to 80 patients a day are getting fluid removed at Hackensack Meridian alone"

Expand full comment
Moriarty's avatar

What IceSkater40 said. The only cases of bird flu are in China, and they are separated by months each case, and all cases are usually connected to large amounts of bird exposure. Be it wild or domesticated (for consumption) birds.

BUUUUT many people who work in hospitals said the same, there is a lot of weird lung and especially heart-related post-infection things going on, and vaccination status matters little, undiscrimanated basically. Nobody can pinpoint the cause yet. It ain't bird flu.

Expand full comment
D B's avatar

What do you reckon are the symptoms of this mysterious illness (lungs full of fluids) before the need for hospitalization? Persistent coughing/mucus?

Also, would your recommended supplement stack be sufficient against this mystery illness? Or do you recommend we add more? Ty!

Expand full comment
Moriarty's avatar

Persistent cough and mucus is one of the most commons lingering symptoms post infection these days they don't work as a signal for hospitalization. You need a doctor to diagnose tou with fluids in your lungs.

Yes stack remains the same. As I said before if something changes I will let people know

Sounds like someone who is roleplaying. How big is that hospital? The procedure takes time as it’s ultrasound guided typically and so I highly doubt they’re capable of that volume in one day while still doing all the other surgeries etc that would be done in a hospital each day. Sounds like a scare tactic to me.
