I hope someone finds this helpful and leads to positive changes long-term. I could interpolate the positive aspects with the exploitative, but I will leave that to another time, another place, and a completely different subject.

If you have difficulty, and I mean physical difficulty doing this, you need certain supplements, especially post-Covid (even more so in neuro-Long Covid), so you help the brain achieve what is discussed here and in the other articles.

I think that looking for things to be grateful for and writing at least 5 of them down each day is a good base layer to build up a positive attitude. The Old Scriptures advise that a joyful/merry heart does good like a medicine. Thanks for the reminder to keep our perspective on the positive - not the news... ;) lol

Given the brunt of my research (which consists of finding stark effects of Covid that others miss and connecting a ton of them), I forget that not everybody is like me. I am unfazed by what I do most of the time, but others are not, and many are developing or living with the sequelae.

I need to form the habit of writing positive (but interesting though) stuff sometimes.

And yes, writing a journal by itself is beneficial to your health, and the grateful writing is known to affect you positively too, and generally improve well-being/health.

I like what you write - it's information that's hard to get anywhere else. I'd rather know the facts than hide in ignorance. I just put on my anti-negative raincoat and let it drip off instead of soaking in negativity. But you're right... personality has a lot to do with it and some are natural optimists and some natural pessimists. Takes us all to make an interesting world. You're a positive force to your mom - she's lucky to have you. Celebrate with her every chance you get!

Moriarty, thanks for this. I wonder if part of why Selank is effective for improving immunity is because it settles the nervous system and promotes positive states. It really helped me slow down my reactions so I could see what old trauma was driving them so I could address that. By addressing the underlying emotional trauma, I have set myself up for more positivity. So many interesting feedback loops.

Selank has profound and potent (not well-studied so far) immunomodulatory effects. It acts as an anti-inflammatory on its own, it boosts the immune system and brings it to an equilibrium, it helps the body calm down and heal the nervous system, and by the immunomodulatory effects, it also helps the body heal the endothelium.

For SARS-CoV-2 damage and sequelae, it acts a bit as a universal helper/healer. Allied to this, its primary mode of action, which is targeting neuroinflammation, it gives the body sufficient leeway to heal, even psychologically too.

My deduction is that your healing path enabled you to achieve that effect over time, especially after you introduced peptides, which combination, helped the body heal, thus it allowed Selank to have this profound effect.

The lack of biomarkers makes it much weaker than intended but it is in line with my earlier work which was focused on mRNA.

The core injury mechanism will often remain the same. The damn Spike. I will try to finish my current article today which gives insight to that. I hope it does lol

Yes. Damn spike. I have natto in my freezer I have been meaning to try. I know a few people who eat it regularly to ward off the effects of shedding.

I can't stand natto, the food, I both hate and ironically enough am allergic to a enzyme in beans 😆. Enough antioxidants and certain vitamins under normal circumstances is enough to keep things at bay (not the virus obviously).

I wish the authors did some through biomarkers measurement because with that it would be easy to "tell" where things diverge (what was induce by the virus, what was induced by the vaccine).

The vaccine itself overburdens the antioxidant system by over a month, plus other immune effects (it induces a similar but quicker lymphopenia to the virus).

I am seeking articles and reports regarding adverse effects of the Johnson and Johnson Covid vaccine, especially any reporting after 2022.

There are very few official and even unofficial reports on the adverse events of the J&J vaccine, mostly they were related at first to clotting, and later (12-18 months) to autoimmunity, but throughout the years, it looked like it was the safest.

It was taken out of the market really, really fast.

It was removed from the market for its association with thrombosis with thrombocytopenia. However, reporting of adverse events should have continued thereafter. It appears that what was reported has been scrubbed. (“Page not found” notes). I was hoping to find current information.
